Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Inside, an LED four-poster bed and massage table. You're so close to nature walks and the cultural centre of Castlemaine with its music venues and art spaces. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome - but add each dog when booking. No cats, sorry.

Both bedrooms have a king bed and storage. There are 2 bathrooms one up and one down and a second toilet off the laundry downstairs Well equipped kitchen including pizza oven and espresso machine. Your welcome pack consists of home made pizza and fudge. Fire place available from 1st May to 30th September.
