We were very happy with our stay at Mary and Willie’s place. It was comfortable, clean, had plenty of space, was close to shops and restaurants and had convenient access to downtown Nashville. Mary was always very quick to respond and we felt very welcome and taken care of. We highly recommend!!

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

This is our second time staying in this beautiful location. It looks exactly as pictured and the host is always amazing and very accommodating. Willing to go the extra mile to make for my mistakes. yes my mistakes lol would recommend always!

This home was absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!! We had such a great time! Sooo beautiful and not to far of an Uber ride to downtown. We wished we had more time there to enjoy the house more. The beds were soooo comfortable & the water pressure in the showers were great as well. Rose is sooo sweet and responsive when we messaged her. She made us feel so welcomed! We are already talking about going back to Nashville and when we do this is where we will want to stay!

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood and area is very nice and friendly, and the location makes it easy to get to all parts of Nashville. The house is cute and cozy, and matches pictures and description well. The back yard is huge and fantastic if traveling with pets.

Great stay with very responsive hosts! Pool is shallower than I expected but still great. Ubers were 10-20$ so great location.

I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. Had a great weekend in Nashville. Had a slight hiccup with our reservation, however, Placemakr called ahead of time and was proactive on giving us a resolution. Customer service was top notch! Our rooms were amazing! View was beautiful and broadway was 2 blocks away. Perfect location, would highly recommend Placemakr for a to-go place to stay in Nashville. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The apartment/condo offered beautiful views in a quiet, elegant setting — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, and I felt completely safe making the walk both during the day and at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a convenient location!

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Very easy instructions. Condo was clean, quiet and only mins from Broadway and The Gulch. Pleasantly surprised to see a few small other amenities that aren’t normally seen with other rentals (i.e a sound machine and portable fan). Thanks for a great stay!

The location was down the street from my daughters house and close to restaurants. We felt safe to walk in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet for it being close to a busy road. The house had everything you could need. Plenty of linens and towels. The house was clean. The furniture was not very comfortable but the beds were. We were there only at night time anyway. Deidre was quick to respond in communication and gave thorough directions. We will definitely stay again when we visit!

Our five-day stay provided our family of 4 with needed peace and relaxation. Grace and Martin are the ideal hosts for us; they respected our privacy, but were available when we needed anything and welcomed us into their lives. We loved being far enough away from Nashville to avoid the crowds and close enough to head to the city for the day. We especially loved the animals, the art, the porch and the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this property enough!

What a lovely stay we had at Bill and Judy's! Everything you could want and more! Comfortable beds, ample amenities for our needs, and kind and friendly hosts. We were not there more than to shower and sleep as we had a busy schedule in the city - but how amazing it was to come home to this beautiful and comfortable space and get a great, quiet night of sleep. So peaceful and such a beautiful setting. You can tell that lots of effort was put into anticipating guests needs, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Definitely a top Airbnb stay for us! When visiting Leipers Fork area with dogs, this place is perfect! Michelle is a superhost, and we absolutely would stay again if in the area. Super comfortable king bed in bedroom, well appointed kitchen, and a lovely living room. Wonderful stay:)

What a great place to crash for the night! Great location, easy to find, private, quiet, clean good wifi...I couldn't have asked for more! Natalia and Rey were very helpful and responsive when I needed help locking the gate, and they helped me right away. I'd definitely book again if I'm back in the area! Thank you.

The AirBnb Tori has is fantastic ; I 100% recommend you stay with her if you're given the chance. Zues & Zeek are really sweet dogs always happy to see us. Our Elektra loves the fenced in yard Tori has, and Tori went out of her way to help us if we ended up over staying a visit to my in-laws. There was even a way for us to spot clean if any paws got something muddy. All the appliances worked great and we felt right at home. Thanks Tori!
