Emmas in wunderschönem schwedischen Stil erbaute Villa ist geräumig und bietet mit dem schnuckligen Nebenhaus zusammen grossen Gruppen oder zwei Familien Platz. Der grosse Garten und das Haus sind sehr wohnlich, gemütlich und kinderfreundlich, wir haben uns gleich sehr wie zu Hause gefühlt. Stockholm erreicht man per Bus vor der Türe, dort gibt es auch zwei leicht erreichbare Badestellen in einem pittoresken See. Die Organisation und Kommunikation mit Emma war einfach und freundlich. Villa und Umgebung verströmten ein heimeliges, schwedisches Lebensgefühl.

Very spacious and comfortable house in a quiet and green residential area. All as described and shown in the pictures. Stockholm can easily be reached by bus (bus 442 takes 30 mins, bus 414 takes a bit longer, 500 meters to busstop). Also some nice places to visit nearby, such as bathing spot, Artipelago modern museum in beautiful nature, good restaurants. We had a great time, communication with Malin was uncomplicated and quick. Very recommendable!

Joakim is an amazing host and very friendly. He greeted us at the check-in, gave detailed house tour and instructions, and even offered us a ride to grocery store after learning our problem with rental car. The rental unit is very clean and cozy, especially ideal for family trip with kids. The neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful scenes. Although a car is highly recommended, there are local buses going into the city and they are reliable. Looking forward to coming back to Stockholm and this place again in the future!

The home was absolutely beautiful. It had all the amenities that we needed and plenty of space for everyone with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk-in closet, and laundry / mud room. The decks were perfect to lounge outside in the sun, the outdoor BBQ and seating was great, the private beach was perfect for the kids, and we loved the boat and pontoon with electric motor. Beds were comfortable and the living space was large. It was so nice to sit in the living room at night and look out at the lights on the water. Andreas made ample space available for use in the fridges and closets. We felt right at home and loved our time here. There is a Coop and bus stop within walking distance and a nice restaurant directly across the lake that you can take the boat to. Andreas was very responsive to communication and a great host. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Andreas!

We spent a wonderful week at Hanna's house. It has plenty of space and everything you need - in the kitchen, on the terrace etc. Our kids loved having small individual bed rooms. We spent the days mostly in Stockholm, you reach the train after about 15 min walking. After our return we normally swam in the wonderful lake with a nice swimming spot (you can even swim to a small island!) which is 10 min walking distance. Hanna gave us all information necessary and responded to our questions at very short notice. Full recommendation!

Entouré de verdure, deux lacs à proximité pour se baigner ou picniquer, des restos pour tous les budgets. C'est un bon équilibre entre nature et ville. C'est un bonheur de prendre le bateau pour aller à Stockholm si l'envie vous prend. photos et description fidèles.

We spent a wonderful week in Patrik's beach house. We were looking for a quiet place, in the middle of nature and yet close to the city. It was a perfect combination: Stockholm 30 minutes by car (buses are also offered), but at the same time you are in the middle of nature, together with deers and other animals. The view from Patrik's house to the sea and the archipelago is fantastic and you never get tired of the view. The house itself is wonderful, charming and characteristic. It reminded us of a Lexington commercial... very harmonious and stylish. We even stayed in the house and enjoyed it (not just for sleeping like elsewhere). Inside there are 4 bedrooms, a double room and 3 singles with huge, comfortable beds (140 cm and 180 cm in the double room respectively). There is so much space to live. We also enjoyed the garden and the view from the different places around the house (there are three dining areas outside)! Everything was just beautiful! We really relaxed!

We stayed with three families and lots of kids. The playroom with tons of toys was a game changer. The large and well equipped kitchen allowed three cooks to cook dinner for us with ease. Getting into Stockholm and to the airport with the bus/train was very straight forward and practical. The supermarket is pretty close by in a huge mall, so while it’s quiet and private, you are not cut off. We loved it!

We had such an amazing time. The house was a few minutes walk from the sea and a lovely beach area. There was a lovely walk way along the water that took you into the forest. The house was lovely. So well equipped with everything you would need. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back. Maria was such a helpful host, very responsive and helpful which really made our stay even better.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

Our stay at Melinda’s house was absolutely amazing! The home was beautifully maintained, very stylish indeed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was fantastic, the kids loved it, as did we. Plenty of outdoor space on the various terraces to relax. The hosts were brilliant—so communicative, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The area was really great, offering plenty to do and see, with easy access to Stockholm as well as exploring the surrounding area, which was stunning. Artipelag, the art museum, was a highlight and only a 30min drive away, as well as some magnificent cafes and restaurants in neighbouring Gustavsberg. Stella the cat was very friendly and cuddly, she also made us feel at home! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in a beautiful area.

Fredrik's place is fantastic and very much in line with the description. He is a very nice and responsive host. The house is great, cosy and super well equiped, there is plenty of room to get all together around the table or isolated in their own rooms. And the sauna is really enjoyable. The house is great for accomodating 5-7 ppl over a week end but maybe only 3-4 for a longer stay since there is only 1 bathroom. Will be back :)

Our family really enjoyed staying at Linda's home. The space was perfect for our family, and it was very convenient for us. The home is lovely and we would definitely stay again.

The internal arrangement worked really well for us, but we enjoyed the day bed and the pool outside too. The Sonos system was spot on, perfect for relaxing days. We had no transport, so quite a walk to the grocery store, but there was swimming in lakes and the sea within 10-15 mins in 3 directions. We didn’t meet Camilla, but her communication was excellent. In summary, would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in the house and really loved everything about it. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a little beach nearby. We even saw an elk walk by. It‘s easy to go to Stockholm by bus from the commuter parking nearby. The pool was great fun. The beds are really comfy and the house is very well equipped. Alexander is a great host and super nice and we can highly recommend this place.

This house is amazing for families. Lots of space, big kitchen table with a high chair and two toddler chairs, resort like deck and outdoor living with charcoal grill and lots of different seating areas. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Trampoline, grass area with swings/soccer goals, kid’s playhouse and tons of toys and books inside. Lots of berry bushes too. Not to mention the pool! Kid safe fence around it for peace of mind and 29 degrees Celsius. It is all one depth but there were lots of tubes for kids to use. We loved this house and highly recommend!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet alles sehr hochwertig. Vor allem der Outdoor Bereich lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Es gibt 2 Wohnzimmer sodass man auch immer Privatsphäre als Familie hat. Der Pool war für uns etwas zu kalt und nicht wie angegeben 30 grad. Was man beachten sollte: die Familie wohnt in diesem Haus erst dachten wir es ist noch jemand im Haus aufgrund der Schuhe /Auto. Es ist alles sehr sauber sodass uns das nicht störte. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bringt man mit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Das Haus und der Außenbereich waren toll. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Wir hatte auch regelmäßig Rehe zu Gast im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zum Meer und der Blick aus der oberen Etage sind traumhaft. Maria war eine super nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, dort Urlaub zu machen. Die Nähe zu Stockholm und trotzdem die Ruhe im Wald sind toll.

Amazing villa with a long and literally colorful past. It is beautifully renovated and very well equipped. Swimming in the sea is a bit of an adventure but there is always the heated pool for the not-so-daring. The location is perfect - just 15 Minutes by car to the heart of Stockholm but still in the middle of wild nature. Simon gave us a very warm welcome and was always available for questions.

What an amazing house in the heart of beautiful Soltsjobaden. This was the perfect place for two UK families to stay and explore Stockholm for the first time. The house is beautiful, so spacious and really stylishly presented, the outside space and pool were just so relaxing. The suburb of Soltsjobaden is gorgeous, from the house it was just a few minutes walk to the jetty for a swim and stunning views across the water. We didn’t have a car but easily walked the 10 minutes to the supermarket for provisions. Bjorn even provided a shopping type trolley to make it easy to move the heavier items. Björn’s recommendation for Holmens restaurant was a 20 minute stroll, but it’s a lovely walk and the place is fantastic. Getting into the city couldn’t have been easier, exactly 30 mins on the bus, that stops a 5 minute walk from the house. We went into the city 3 times during our 5 night stay. So much to do! We’re really grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Simply great, cheers.

We spent a week in this fantastic house. Spacious and stylish, with plenty of room for all the family. Well equipped, with beautiful views into the forest from the living room, and a warm pool which we all enjoyed. The neighbourhood is quiet, on the edge of the nature reserve and an easy walk down to the Erestaviksbadet bathing spot. Buses into Stockholm take about 30 mins and leave every 20-30 mins just at the end of the road, so we managed without a car very happily. Would definitely recommend and if we were coming back to Stockholm another year we would stay here again. Thank you!
