Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

The pictures don’t do this listing any justice. Very nice home with plenty of room for the family. The pool also is bigger than it looked in the photos. The home is very close to the inn and marketplace which makes things very easy. If you need a pet friendly rental that is close to all this is your place.

This rental is exactly as described with accurate pictures. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings, new kitchen, appliances and baths. Our family enjoyed the brand new outdoor deck, picnic tables, gas grill, swing and s’mores by the fire pit. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen had all supplies to make a large pasta meal. Our daughter ran the Falmouth Road race and so Sunday was a bit chaotic and the owner gave us flexibility to check out a bit later, which was a huge help!!. A wonderful family vacation!! Highly recommend.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Michael is a great host with a phenomenal property. The house was clean, the amenities are great, the pool was warm (we were there at the end of September when highs were in the mid-60s), kitchen is well equipped, and the location is great. We were a group of 3 families - 6 adults and 5 kids - and the layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. Each floor has its own main bedroom, it's own bathroom, plus ample extra space for a crib, pack n play, mattress, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better setup. Unfortunately for our stay the weather didn't cooperate with nearly non-stop rain, but we still had fun in the house (great spaces for movie watching, games, and ping pong), at the nearby children's museum, the beach, and Mashpee commons. We'll be back for sure!!

Ryan is an extremely attentive host, and Under the Sea was fantastic! Space was exactly as shown and met our needs perfectly. Bummed we had to cut our trip short, hope to return in summer. Thank you so much Ryan!

House is in a lovely family-friendly neighborhood just steps from the fishing pond and beach and walking distance to Poppanesset Resort and shops. House is a tidy rancher with spacious, bright kitchen (skylight and huge island with plenty of seating). Shared living area features two sitting areas, dining rolm table, large double fireplace (not used), and roomy deck and yards. Bedrooms are ideal for a family…primary with queen bed (en suite bath) and two secondaries with a pair of twin beds each (shared bath in hall). It’s pricey, but so is the neighborhood and location so close to the shore and amenities!

We are a group of fishing buddies that have been coming to Chappy for many years and rented lots of places and Elaine’s home is far and away the best. From the awesome outside shower, beautiful bedrooms, high end kitchen and appliances everything one could want has been thought of.

Leslie was a wonderful host! Her house was clean and in a great location that was easily accessible.

James was a great host! He was super responsive and friendly. The place was just down the street from a brewery with food, a 5 minute drive from the beach, and lots of thrift stores in the area. The sunroom was very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This house was amazing! Beautiful and very clean! Megan had timely responses to messages and was clear in her instructions regarding the check in process. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower was maybe our favorite part of the trip, all the ladies enjoyed being outside and also the coolness of the inside of the house. There was tons of room. The overall aesthetic of the house was a calm, beachy vibe and made you feel like you were right beside the water. I wish we had played horseshoes in the back yard! If we need a place to stay in the future for a group trip with the ladies I would try to book here if it was available!

Our stay at 260 Madaket Road was perfect. The house was walking distance to the shuttle to town. Short distance from the beach and the beautiful Nantucket sunsets. Michael was very responsive with our questions and was a great host. Would look to stay again next summer.

Everything was perfect! Cindi was a great host and was very prompt at answering any questions we had. It was a great location and the outdoor shower was a hit. We definitely recommend and will book again in the future!

Ronaldo and Victoria's home was just so very lovely, warm, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and they thought of every possible amenity. It was perfect for a large group, with lots of relaxing spaces, and great deck and fire pit. The pride and care they have in their home was very evident, and extremely appreciated. I spent my childhood on the Cape, and renting Ronaldo and Victoria's home was a great substitute since our family home is presently undergoing construction repairs. They made everything so incredibly welcoming, and check in and check out was a breeze. Communication could not have been clearer, friendlier, and this experience was truly wonderful. I heartily recommend staying at Ronaldo and Victoria's home; it was a fantastic experience for all of us, including a great endorsement from my son and his MIT classmates. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Loved staying in this house! It's a very charming older house with incredible vibes, just an easy jaunt to Jetties. We will absolutely be trying to stay here in the future.

Staying at Rebecca’s Hideaway was a wonderful experience! I stayed with the family during the Thanksgiving holiday during the offseason and the location was absolutely beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even left us treats at the house! The location of the house was private, but a close enough drive into downtown Edgartown to get drinks and dinner or do some shopping. There are many options to relax outdoors and it’s a close walk to get to South Beach to enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend staying here and would rebook in a heart beat!

This place is wonderful. Just like the pictures. My family of 6 had an amazing time at Keith’s place. So clean. Comfy beds. Fully , I mean fully stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need was in there. Beautiful out door space. Spent a lot of time on the hammock swings. So comfy. The cool radio player upstairs was so cool. He let us check in alittle early and check out alittle later , me and my family are not early risers. Did some crabbing off the dock just down the street. Beach was minutes away. So beautiful and relaxing. Not a lot of people, Best part. Shops near by. Everything we could have asked for. Thanks so much Keith. We will be back.

This house is incredible! We’ve been coming to Chappy for almost 30 years and were immediately impressed with the home as soon as we arrived. We had a few small hiccups the day of check-in and Lauren and her husband were extremely helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat on Chappy with water views this house is for you. We can’t wait to come back.

Very cute and cozy cottage. Decorated in a true Nantucket nautical theme. The home had everything that we needed to make for a pleasant stay. We were able to walk to town very easily and to Children’s Beach and Brant Point also. Hope to rent again someday!

The home was pristine, more than what we could have asked for. Shelly was an amazing host, again, more than we could have asked for. You want a gorgeous home, with a stellar host, in the cape, with a private pool, amazing amenities, on a golf course and very close to the beaches, fun spots for kids, and shops, go to this place.
