My friends and I were traveling to play in a billiards competition and finding a comfortable place to sleep and convenient location is so important. This place checked all of our boxes and then some! There were kcups for the coffeemaker and the hot chocolate was such a pleasant surprise. We had to play our competition at a private club that happened to be a smoking bar so we were so happy that we got to refresh our clothes with the laundry available. Parking was easy and communication with the host was perfect. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

This was a perfect setting for me in cold February. Close to where I wanted to be and close to the beach where I grew up. The apartment is a streamlined resting place in a busy visitor's schedule: all needs met in advance. I'm so grateful to Emily for being flexible when I needed to change my schedule. This place is so great I'm reluctant to share it with others.

This place was immaculate. Squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Everything we needed. It was easy to find, Kate was so kind and the space felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. The beach is very close, and it’s a very peaceful setting.

We really enjoyed this apartment. Host made check in easy and the home was clean and welcoming. Location is perfect walking distance to Essex st.

It was so nice, quiet, private and much more. The wooded view from the balcony with the nice breeze was nice. Everything was clean and is a nice place if you’re in and out of the town or just visiting in general. I would highly recommend!

Lovely, super clean, beautifully decorated home. Everything you need (except a toaster). Huge yard was totally enjoyed by my doggie. 2 Gun shots nearby were shocking, guess it's hunting season in the woods (at least this city girl hopes that is reason). Only issues were dripping shower head, no stopper to take bath in deep soaker tub, and could not turn down heat for sleeping. Overall great 1st airbnb experience for me.

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. Simplemente de lujo!

We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! This place was a hidden gem. This was a great place for my family to gather for the holiday. Donnell was the perfect host and very quick to respond to messages. We will be back when we are in town again. Thank you again.

Overall was fantastic experience. The home was better prepared and stocked compared to other passed Air BnB experience. All in all family voted as one of the better Air BnB places to date.

My wife and I are so glad we booked Mandy’s house for our anniversary trip. If you are looking for a quiet & relaxing getaway, this is it! Salt & Pine is even more beautiful in person and in a great location. Not only is it set back from the street and surrounded by nature, it’s a short drive into the town of Ogunquit. Mandy did a fantastic job of stocking the house with everything you could need and we felt right at home. She is very responsive when it comes to questions, plus gives lots of recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you, Mandy!

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

We were able to use the parking spot early as well as get in early which was great for the last leg of our trip. Everything was exactly as she described! We loved the place! Absolutely worth the money.

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Diane’s wonderful place. The views were superb and the walk to beach was less than 30 seconds! The pristine condo had everything we needed and more. We would recommend her place to anyone traveling to Hampton Beach.

Bright and cheerful modern unit with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Convenient parking right behind the house. FYI-Bus 120 picks up around the corner to go to the T station or it's a 15 minute walk to the Wood Island T blue line subway.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!

We were in town for a family emergency and this rental made it few more like an enjoyable vacation. The bed is HEAVENLY comfortably! The kitchen included basics for coffees and plenty of dishes to use (although we didn’t need cook on this trip), and the bathroom was well stocked with super soft towels and hand soap. There was also a hair dryer, which I’ve missed in a lot of airbnbs before! The balcony is also easily accessible and a great place to wind down after a day. To anyone visiting I strongly suggest visiting the FunSpot— it’s only a short drive from the condo and it’s awesome for a good price!
