I loved my stay at Ron & Susan’s apartment. It felt very cozy and they provided extra toiletries and snacks which was nice. It’s also very close to downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay in downtown Nashville! This was exactly what we needed for one night! Even though there is no parking offered there are plenty of places to park surrounding the Air bnb. The closest i’ve stayed to broadway and will definitely be staying again!

Emily was a very responsive, and kind host. If you ever choose to book here, you will never have to want for anything. She has a plethora of common household items stocked (even necessities needed on day 1 before you go to the store) and everything is labeled, so there is never any need to search for what you need. This made our stay super convenient and seamless for us, and all extra guests staying as well. 10/10 would book again!

Overall, we had a great time. The house was in a great location. It was well decorated and very clean. The back porch was really nice, and the backyard was next to a creek. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great 3 day stay, celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday weekend at Matt’s East Nashville home. The home was modern & clean and we felt right at home. Although only a mile or so from downtown it wasn’t really walkable, but very easy to Uber to/from. Matt was kind to let us drop off our luggage prior to check in, as our plane arrived early and also extend the check out by 1/2 hour. Thank you! 😊

We spent a week in their beautiful home and it was outstanding! If I had only one thing to suggest to make it better is if they had some cleaning supplies( mainly for the kitchen) As well as more dish towels and some dish cloths. Thank you Tyler and Josh for a wonderful stay!

It is excellent location very wonderful safe clean, comfortable place to stay, close to Vanderbilt and Fisk University and down town. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville .

Nice place to stay. James is a great host. 4 adults all had a place to sleep which was our goal. Private parking area is tight. Towels and linens all appeared to be brand new. No complaints.

James is an incredible host with a beautiful space! Would recommend his property to anyone looking for accommodations during their stay in Nashville. The property is clean and quiet, decorations make you feel right at home, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. We had everything we needed during our stay.
