Great flat, at a very good reaidential location with a local neighbourhood vibe. Underground and basic local amenities are all within very close proximity. Danae was great, helpful and flexible. Would definitely recommend.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

We kwamen laat in de avond aan door problemen met het vliegtuig. Giannis had al verteld dat het laatste stukje even een klimmetje was maar zelfs in het donker ging alles prima. De eerste dagen was er veel wind en dat zette de shutters van de ramen in beweging maar als de wind gaat liggen is het heerlijk stil. We hebben elke dag heerlijk uitgeslapen en vanuit Neo Kosmos de rest van Athene ontdekt en op veel plekken gegeten die Giannis had aangeraden. Dit was onze eerste keer Athene maar wat een leuke stad! We hebben heerlijk genoten. We zijn niet veel thuis geweest maar hebben wel elke ochtend en ‘s avonds laat van het prachtige uitzicht genoten. Dit is geen luxe verblijf en zo wordt het ook niet geadverteerd door Giannis. Top!

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την όμορφη φιλοξενία, Τόνια! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ήσυχο. Η εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα και οι μικρές γλυκές πινελιές που πρόσθεσε για το καλωσόρισμα έκαναν την διαμονή μου πιο ευχάριστη απ' ότι περίμενα.

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.

Jeg hadde et flott opphold. Stort fint og rent. Kort vei til alt du trenger. Ca. 15-20 min å gå til fergekaien.

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

C'est fantastique! L'hôte est d'une gentillesse! Elle est venue nous chercher et reconduire à l'aéroport, elle nous a offert de nous conduire dans un super centre d'achat à proximité. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais ça valait vraiment le coup. Très beau paysage, très propre et confortable. On recommande 100%!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our hostess was warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful—she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was quick and clear throughout. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la zona era tranquilla, anche passeggiare la sera era molto bello. L’appartamento è pulito e tranquillo ed i vicini silenziosi, se dovessi tornare ad Atene ci tornerei! C’è un po’ di strada verso la metro peró è facilmente percorribile dato che piena di negozi e pianeggiante. Consiglio!

Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем, тихом, безопасном и историческом районе Афин. До главных достопримечательностей пешком 10 минут, как и до станции метро с помощью которой можно легко добраться в другие точки города. Сама квартира неплохо оборудована, находится на первом этаже, потому немного сыроватая. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Der Eingang der Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstrassse, aber das Appartement hat helle Zimmer auf der Rückseite und besitzt einen großen Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Das Stadtviertel hat ein lebhaftes Flair mit seinen Restaurants und Bars. Die Konditorei Artistan ist super. Den Gastgeber kann man sehr empfehlen.

Logement très spacieux et propre. Nous recommandons fortement d'y séjourner d'autant qu'il y a une place de parking. Un excellent séjour. Merci John.

Eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Aussichtsterrasse. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
