Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Welcome to your retreat on a one-acre space to enjoy family time activities or a peaceful time. Our cozy home provides an ideal stay for visiting nearby family, friends, places, or simply for a getaway time. Close to Lake Lavon, Lake Hubbard. About 10 minutes to I-30, 15-20 to HWY 380. The house provides one king size, 2 queen size, one full size bunk bed with futon and a sofa bed. Also, the house is equipped for stay necessities.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you.
