Caleb's place was exactly as advertised. and well worth the price. The view out the front was fantastic and the road was very quiet. The house appeared to be almost new, was very clean, and had a well stocked kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed. We will definitely stay again when we return to Grand Manan.

We absolutely loved our quick getaway from the city at Kate’s lovely home. It is hard to articulate in words just how beautiful of a home and location this was. It was truly magical. We were very comfortable as a family traveling with young children. Despite the weather being a bit chilly, we had a wonderful time soaking the views and discovering “treasures” by the water. We cannot wait to come back again soon.

We come to Montauk often & loved this spot. Walkable & convenient to town plus a beach pass. The accommodation had plenty of space for a family with convenient parking. Highly recommend!

I came for a self care weekend and I left restored. I was great to slow things down and relax with my friends. It was a great girls weekend to rest, catch up and laugh

It is a charming place back into the water. Love listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset and the noght light on the other side of the water.

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. My cousins & I kept on saying, “If we could just win the lottery and buy this place! 😀 Thank you Cail, Jayne & Dylan for sharing this little piece of Paradise! 🤗

We had such a good time at Kathleen’s! The location can’t be beat, the laid-back neighborhood, stunning views, and nearby beach was everything I could have hoped for. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

The house had stunning views from every room on all floors. The kitchen was well-equipped for our large family. The owner’s responses to questions about the property were prompt and helpful. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub since it was too early in the season for the swimming pool. My family agreed we would rent again if a reunion is planned.

This was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend in Montauk. We were so close to everything which made it very convenient. The room was perfect and loved the clothing rack perk! Everything was clean and loved the skylights in the unit and the patio overlooking the water. 10/10 woud definitely stay here again!

We loved it. Redefines “fully stocked” - David’s place had everything we could ask for. The water at high tide was magical. Kayaking, fishing and we found over 100 (literally) hermit crabs.

Great location with amazing views. I can only imagine how lovely it would be in summer for a little getaway. .

We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

Excellent stay. The Private beach is perfect for families and is an extremely short distance from the house which is convenient. Great view of the ships right from the windows. Stay was perfect

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

The house was perfect and what we expected for a quick couples getaway. Steps from the beach. good local restaurants. Close enough to concert venues without having to stay in Bridgeport.

We had an amazing stay at the Mermaid Mist! It was the perfect retreat for our 10 year anniversary. Everything is fresh & new but also ALL the details are there & thought out. Felt right at home! Kazzie is very responsive & truly wants her guests to have a great stay. She was very helpful with recommendations & tips! We loved the location as it was a short drive from restaurants but just right at an hour to bar harbor & Acadia National Park. Schoodic point was a 15/20 minute drive. We absolutely recommend Lunch on the Wharf if they’re open/in season.. WOW. What a gem! Just a quick 7 minute drive. The house is STUNNING right on the water. We loved walking the beach during low tide. The view & location on the water was our favorite. So peaceful. We also loved the fire pit. Sitting out by the fire at night & listening to the ocean water.. not sure it can get more peaceful than that! The rental is for the walk out basement level, no one upstairs. Felt very private. Can’t recommend enough!

we had a wonderful time with our two small kids at the "trapezoid house" (as they called it). beautiful ocean views and a great, private beach meant that it was so easy to just relax around the home. being less than 5 minutes from Hiyannis ensured there was always something to do (even before the normal Cape season). we would definitely stay again!
