Apple tree cabin is a beautiful cabin with optional private Sauna (£20 one off fee). Perfect for a relaxing getaway. This is our sister cabin located amongst the trees. The cabins are located in our private secluded 2 acre paddock. You are amongst the trees and and at one with nature with the luxury of everything you need in the cabin. Pull back the doors and relax in bed. We are in a small historic hamlet called Eling just on the edge of the new forest, where you can spend your days exploring.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). The Cot, Characterful 400-year-old Cottage.

Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access.
