Very quiet and peaceful location - the only thing you will hear at night is the owls hooting! Miles of beautiful walks are on the doorstep, and we are also short drive from the Ridgeway. The Hideaway Loft. Pool*, Sauna, Gym, Yoga classes

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

The Studio at Kennet House : a historic home

The Studio is part of the historic ‘Listed’ Grade II* Kennet House, built in 1701 by the Bishop of Oxford, nestled near the village pond, the church & the village pub. The Studio is on the first floor via a private staircase.

The Coach House Apartment

The Coach House apartment is newly converted , self contained with a fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bedroom and double bed on the galleried mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has fibre optic wi-fi , streamed TV, and a Sonos speaker for music - you will need the app ! The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Double height deluxe loft in downtown Glastonbury

This is a gorgeous, light and airy double-height loft in the middle of Glastonbury. The staircase into the open space makes it not ideal for toddlers. It's a great place to explore the town from and retreat to when you need a respite from the rigours of the aptly named High Street. Top quality bed linen, 24 hours hot water, a serviceable little kitchen and comfortable furniture. It is opposite the Abbey, by the Goddess House. It has a private courtyard in which you can sit and reflect.

It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

Elm Tree Coachhouse is set in a rural part of Somerset with easy access to Longleat,Centre Parcs, Bath, Frome,Stonehenge &Glastonbury. We are lucky to have lovely forest walks or cycling nearby ,great country pubs and the local town of Frome with its quirky shops & markets. The accommodation is modern with lovely views over the pony paddocks. A second coachhouse is also available to book which sleeps an extra 4 guests if required.
