We have been coming to Ogunquit/Wells in the summer for about 10 years, and this was our first time trying Summer Village, and it was a truly fantastic stay! The cottage location is situated between Ogunquit and Wells and is easily accessible to both of those beaches and destinations nearby. ‘A’ could not have been a nicer, more responsive host and it made the logistics of planning very easy. Know going into it that you are bringing your own linens and towels, and there are some standard rules about the larger property, but the cottage has everything you could need and it was very welcoming. In A’s cottage, you have easy ability to sleep a family of 5. There is a fully stocked kitchen and gas grill. But the biggest unexpected perk was all the amenities of the Summer Village property. 3 pools, bocce, tennis, a rec room with games, and a free on-site trolley to get you around every 20 minutes. The stay was incredibly relaxing and I would highly recommend this for young families!

We took our two sons for the weekend, and my 4 year old wanted to "stay in Maine forever." We had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, and the Christmas decor made us feel at home and was the perfect setting for our weekend! Can't wait to return!

Nice and cozy cabin! Super responsive host with great touches to the cabin. Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because it took too much time to get it fully heated and unfortunately weren't at the cabin for several hours leading up to when we wanted to use it but if you have the time to tend to it, I'm sure it's lovely. Fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking a group meal.

Every detail was thought of in this home! It is beautiful and clean and the host is responsive and friendly.

We had a wonderful week in Wells. Pierre’s place was perfect for our little family getaway. Clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. I don’t have one negative thing to say. We love the location because it’s right in between everything. Would stay again!!

This beautiful home is great for families. My family of 8 adults and 1 dog stayed for a weekend. The home is clean clean clean and has everything a family could need. Games galore! Although our stay was for a sad reason (laying sister to rest) the home brought us together as a family. Plenty of room and great location. I highly recommend. I will rent again during summer!

Skye’s The Salty Mermaid is the perfect spot to relax in between exploring the Seashore and Maine coast. Load to do locally. The house is perfect for four people. We loved watching the birds with our coffee, and the sunset with our wine. There is everything you need and it’s incredibly warm and comfortable. We hope to return soon!

We felt right at home and Rick allowed us to bring our dog and two cats, a bonus not easily found. The rental was cozy but big enough for the two of us and 3 fur babies. The shower was nice and hot, the Wi-Fi was excellent and we had a great Roku TV that we easily streamed our services without issue. The furniture was very big and comfortable with throws available for added warmth. The bedroom was perfect with plenty of space for our clothes, a nice bed and new fresh bedding. The absolutely only challenge was the narrow, curvy driveway! Luckily, we had a good back up camera and the street wasn’t very busy. This minor issue is not enough to deter us from returning for another stay!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

This little cottage sits perfectly on Cobbett’s Pond and was a cozy stay for my Sister and I while traveling to the area for a funeral. Would definitely come up again to stay, especially during the warmer months to take advantage of all the amenities that Ana provides. Hands down one of my favorite Airbnb stays.

Our stay with our two dogs was amazing. We appreciated how well thought out the yard and the dog gates were in order to keep our dogs safe. Thank you very much!!!

We greatly enjoyed this relaxing retreat on scenic Silver Lake while visiting our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and Eric was an excellent host with great communication and recommendations for local music. He did a super job with keeping the walkways and driveway free of winter snow and ice with challenging weather conditions. We loved the location that was 20 minutes from the Westwood YMCA and close to Hollis markets and restaurants. We especially appreciated the old fashioned Country Store Ace Hardware and Toy Store in nearby Milford.

Perfect little beach cottage! Comfortable, clean and very convenient to the beach and other fun activities like the arcade. Would definitely stay here again!

Andrew’s place was such an adorable cottage! It felt like home! Very clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to, egg and I (breakfast restaurant…very good). It was a bit further of a walk to the main town so you may want to utilize the public parking lot if you aren’t up for walking but it is doable. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend his place!

Colby’s place was exactly like the photos! The cottage was very well kept, and clean! Colby was also very proactive with letting me know when I could check in and out & quickly responsive to the questions that I had. It is definitely a small cozy cottage and I would most certainly stay here again.

Capital Cottage was the perfect place for myself and my friend to stay at. In a pleasant town, with lots to do the home was a very cozy and great place to stay and gather ourselves together. First time staying here and absolutely won't be my last. Thank you so much.

The house was adorable and perfect for two families of 8. The kitchen and living room were especially spacious. Amy was readily available had we needed her. However, the check in and out went smoothly and the house was as we expected so there was no need for us to require her help. The pillows and mattresses were super comfy but I'm glad we thought to bring blankets in addition to our sheets. The house was really easy to find and in a great location for our weekend plans. One thing to note is that there is a window directly over the toilet looking into the bedroom with two full beds. We had no real issues with it, but others will want to be sure the people sharing that bedroom/bathroom suite are comfortable with one another. Haha! Thanks for a great weekend away, Amy!

We enjoyed our week at the cottage. It was clean and easy to feel at home in. It was perfect for our budget and only a few extra minutes to the beaches. April was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. She was so helpful! We will be staying again in the future.
