This detached guest house will give you access to a gorgeous dock complete with private parking and located less than 20 minutes, by boat or car, from world class beaches and Destin. Our property can accommodate a 2-axle boat trailer. Wake up in the morning and watch the dolphin jump off the dock, fish, go for a swim, paddleboard, kayak or just relax with a cup of coffee. We will work with ALL DOD and DOD contractors and personnel.

The Luxview was completely remodeled with a special attention to detail to make your stay exclusive. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is ideal for couples romantic gateway. Located in the HEART of Destin, within 2 minutes drive to the stunning beaches. The complex has 3 pools, a lake and a tennis court. Ideally located, you can walk to restaurants, shopping or to Big Kahuna's Water Park. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at sunrise or have a drink outside at night on the nice lakeview balcony.

Great space to come relax & unwind away from traffic but close enough to have quick access to entertainment, shopping, and the beautiful beaches on the emerald coast. The activities are endless! We are a military family that fell in love with the emerald coast and this is our home away from home and would love to host your next home away from home stay. Must be 25+ years old to book. Not suitable for infants/children. No pets allowed.

Pack your bags and head to Our Happy Place. Readily equipped with everything you will need for relaxation, fun or adventure. Our Happy Place is situated on the water where you can sit and watch boats go by, or fish from the shore. Take a dip in the community pool that offers plenty of lounger chairs and tables with umbrellas. Just across the street you will find a boardwalk to stoll down to the white sandy beaches where you can soak up the sun and Gulf of Mexico views.
