Beautiful apartment with all ammenities you might need. The apartment's location is secluded, so it's quiet and offers plenty of privacy but is still very close to other popular cities like Perast and Kotor. We enjoyed both cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and drinking our morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view over boka bay. Because of heavy rains the village suffered two power outages during our stay which unfortunately caused the water pumps to stop working as well. However, after notifying the hosts, they took action immediately and within an hour a worker had arrived and fixed everything. We would certainly book this place again!

We had an awesome stay in Nikolaj’s place. He was very helpful since day 1. We had 1 week stay in his place. We left our luggages earlier than the check-in time. Nikolaj and his family were tidying up after the previous guest, but we were warmly welcomed. When it was our time to check in, everything was already upstairs. The unit felt homey and comfortable with great views from the balcony. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. It’s very suitable for family. They had so many plates and cutleries to have meals together :) Nikolaj is friendly and welcoming to his guests. I highly recommend his place to those who visit Montenegro. If you’re travelling with a vehicle, this won’t be a problem. The location is less than 5 mins from Risan where they have supermarkets, restaurant, etc. The pool wasn’t available when we visited unfortunately :( Other than that, everything else was great! Nikolaj drove us to the airport (Tivat) on the last day.

Le logement sur les hauteurs de Risan dispose d'une vue magnifique 😍. A l'écart du centre ville mais accessible à pied (15 à 20min), cela permet d'être au calme. Le logement propose également l'accès à la piscine de la résidence qui est un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes du Monténégro. A l'intérieur, c'était très propre à notre arrivée et totalement fidèle aux photos. L'appartement est équipé d'une climatisation qui s'avère extrêmement appréciable car les nuits restent assez chaudes l'été ! Nous avons également apprécié l'emplacement sur Risan car nous étions finalement assez proche de nombreux de plusieurs sites touristiques (Kotor, Perast,...) et Risan dispose de plusieurs petites plages sympathiques accessibles facilement. Lors de notre séjour, quand nous avions des questions, nous avons eu à chaque fois une réponse rapide , ce qui permet d'apprécier encore un peu plus le séjours. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement si vous êtes de passage dans la baie de Kotor !

Ich war mit meinem Motorrad auf der Durchreise und fand diese Unterkunft ideal gelegen. Sie lag direkt auf meiner Route, sodass ich mein Motorrad sicher auf dem Hof abstellen konnte. In der Nähe befindet sich fußläufig das ausgezeichnete Restaurant 'Grahovac 1858'. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, geräumig und insgesamt einfach sehr gut!

Нам очень понравился дом: из гостиной потрясающий вид на залив и горы, территория зеленая и уютная. Было очень здорово пить чай на заднем дворике, кормить местную кошку, приходившую в гости. Дом чистый и удобный, все работает. Место идеально для семьи с детьми, так как Тим дал нам попользоваться игрушками, надувными кругами и прочим пляжным оборудованием. Мне кажется, фотографии не передают прелести места, в реальности нам понравилось даже больше. Хозяин дома, Тим, был всегда на связи, рекомендовал нам рестораны и классные места для прогулок. Ну и сам городок, в котором находится дом - очень симпатичный. Даже в высокий сезон мы находили спокойные пляжи. Мы с семьей очень надеемся вернуться еще, и погладить кошку Марусю)

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. It was a really great experience for us to meet Milena and her family. We are especially thankful for the help of her brother Nano. All the family members are wonderful, friendly and open-hearted people. We believe that it will be a great experience to be in Resna again in the summer. We will be back at the first opportunity. Thank you for the warm welcome in such a lovely place. The host was very kind, the fireplace was ready when I arrived, which made the house feel cozy right away. Although it's a bit remote from shops, there were some food supplies available, which I really appreciated. A truly peaceful and welcoming retreat!

This was a great find for our road trip. very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Snezana and her husband were very welcoming and lovely to our children. she brought us snacks and homemade doughnuts for breakfast. The lodge is cosy and had everything we needed. would highly recommend.

Logement simple avec une vue magnifique et bien situé dans un endroit calme des bouches de Kotor ( amateurs de montagne: il y a un sentier balisé au bout de la route en haut, qui permet de prendre encore de la hauteur avec vues jusqu a l Adriatique Bon accueil sur place Nous étions 7 ( quasiment tous adultes) et comme ce n’est pas très grand c’est sans doute plus adapté à une famille avec des enfants petits mais ce sera néanmoins un super souvenir

The apartment is very nice, well furnished and spacious enough for two people. Everything is clean and tidy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a wonderful location, right next to the sea and has a view of the open sea. Right next to it is a beautiful small beach with natural shade where there are no crowds. The village is small but has 2-3 restaurants, beach bars and a local grocery store with a decent selection of groceries. It is also close to a mussels and sea bream farm with a restaurant where you can eat wonderfully prepared seafood. Everything was great, the hosts are wonderful and we will come again.

We had an amazing stay! The place had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Barry was a fantastic host, allowing us to bring our dog, which made our trip even more perfect. We encountered a small issue with the parking, but Barry addressed it quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated his prompt assistance. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay was incredible. The apartment is stunning — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located with amazing views. It’s central to all the major towns, yet still peaceful. The beach outside is public, but we only saw 2–3 groups all week. It felt like our own private retreat. We spent afternoons sunbathing on the pontoon and playing cards. The host was fantastic — helpful, communicative, and kind. She let us borrow her kayak, and we paddled around the bay. She also arranged a private boat tour with a local captain — a once-in-a-lifetime experience swimming in the Blue Caves, far better value than the tourist boats. We recommend renting a car, though it’s not essential. Highlights included Kotor Old Town, Perast, the Mausoleum of Njegoš, Monte1350 Bar, Morgen Beach, Sveti Stefan, and Milocer Beach. In short: peaceful, stunning, and unforgettable. A perfect base to explore Montenegro.
