This was a repeat stay for me and it was as wonderful as expected! The cabin is so cozy and located in such a great area. This will not be my last stay here.

Are you going back and forth about staying here? If you are, let me help you... BOOK IT! This was a great experience from the moment we checked in to the moment when we checked out. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure me, my husband, and our two dogs were comfortable throughout our stay. The house has a beautiful view, and anything you think you might need (or accidentally forgot at home!) is most likely already on-site for you to use. This location is secluded enough to feel away from the hustle and bustle of life, but also within a reasonable driving distance of many things to do/see/explore. Michelle left us a great list of recommendations in the area. We highly recommend visiting the Indian Rockhouse Trial and the ghost town of Rush. Overall, an amazing stay and a great host. We will be back!

The stay was amazing and the house was very clean and well organized. But the host was unresponsive and did not provide check in instructions until few hours before check-in time. We had to contact her multiple times and go through Airbnb support to get the check-in instructions. That being said, the house was stocked and clean except for few stains on some sheets.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! We are so grateful we got to experience their slice of heaven. The cabin was comforting and we had a fire pit, firewood, and a hammock! The owners sell their own products as a bonus, I got the natural loofah, jewel weed salve, Rosemary hair conditioning spray, and soap! Super friendly and very inspiring to live a low impact life for the environment. P.S. the salve WORKED on my old bug bites! I could go on and on about all the thoughtful details, Easter decorations, gardens, cool lighting and indoor decor, etc! Next time I’d love to meet their friendly pets!

The cabin is small but cozy. Loved our view and sitting outside and reading under the shade of the tree. Conveniently located to the Henderson Boat ramp and had enough parking for both our trucks and boat. Great stay and great wifi.

The house in Cotter was the perfect place for my son and I to fish the White River. This is the second year in a row that we stayed there. Two separate bedrooms, living room with big screen TV and a great kitchen that we cooked early morning breakfast before the day of fishing. I hope to be able to stay here again next year!

Tiffany's cabin is a well-kept, clever design, with many thoughtful details and in very good condition. The stairs to the loft are narrow and steep, so mobility and balance are important to those planning to use that level. Area is very quiet and on a lightly traveled road, with plenty space for a dog and easy access for a walk in a pleasant, rural area with goats, poultry, and cattle nearby. Very nice porch and outdoor area to relax. The cabin is very clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed.

The kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes, wine and drink glasses. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. It looks just as the photos show. We were very pleased with the view of the river and the plentiful song birds. If you like to fish. This is the place for you!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I could have sat outside on the porch swing all day looking at the view. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. We had no issues finding the place and it is gated so we felt safe. Dane and Mike were very friendly and easy to talk to. It was my husband and I’s anniversary and they had flowers a s’more basket and pastry’s for us. We will definitely be staying in one of their cabins again. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
