The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

A light, self-contained, first floor annex in a 200 year old barn for guests sole use, with shared use of the owners walled garden. Off road parking for one car. Self-check in. In the heart of Hinton St Mary, a 2 minute walk to the Tithe Barn wedding venue and surrounded by beautiful Dorset countryside perfect for walkers and cyclists. The village pub is a few steps away and the market town of Sturminster Newton with its mill, shops, cafes, bars and takeaways is less than 2 miles away.

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

The Milk Parlour is a charming thatched building in the highest village in Dorset. The fusion of traditional and modern themes in the building make for a comfortable and cosy feel. Wonderful views and walking from the village ensure your stay with us will be memorable. A one bedroomed annexe off our main home. A very spacious double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and 'kitchenette'. Plenty of easy parking space directly outside of the property. Set back slightly from West Hill on a small 3 house cul-de-sack. A 10 min walk to Wincanton high street with a range of pubs, cafe's, independent shops and takeaways. Huge range of local attractions including The Newt, Wincanton Racecourse, Longleat and Stourhead.

The Studio, Poole (detached studio with garden)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
