The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

Located in Muskingum County, this all new on-grid cabin is so unique. A cozy loft featuring queen size bed is open to a beautiful living area featuring gas fireplace, books, games, and a sofa sleeper. kitchen, features gas cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom features large tiled shower, flush toilet, with towels and toiletries. Beautiful setting on private pond stocked with bass, blue gill and crappy for fishing fun. Fire pit, gas grill and cornhole.

Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

In the heart of beautiful Amish country we are just minutes away from popular attractions. The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets.

You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
