This former 1925 Pine Cone Tea Room was the stopping off place for refreshments for those traveling back and forth to ABQ from the top of the Sandia Mtns, ski hills & trails. Small, but cozy and sunny Studio with sleeping loft (full size futon perfect for one person) is located in the heart of the old part of Santa Fe on a quiet street within walking distance to the Plaza. The decor is eclectic in the sense of "Santa Fe Style" popular locally with some distressed pieces of furniture. There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.

Our centrally located adobe studio (220sq ft)is equidistant to the Downtown Plaza, Canyon Road and Railyard District. Located in the heart of Santa Fe, you can walk to nearby grocery store (Kaune's), coffee shop (Ohori's) and the Santa Fe Pick-Up which is a free public transportation service for around town destinations. We have a second rental on site if you are traveling with another group. We also have a sauna, hot tub and cold plunge available for guests, booked and payed for separately.

Super clean. You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting artist neighborhoods, where locals live. Baca St is Centrally located, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay on the plaza in the tourist area this is not us. We have no TV but 300 MSP WIFI. Your super clean, elegant room, full of eclectic art, has a comfy king size bed, AC, a sleeper couch, full kitchen, fridge, table & private patio.
