I enjoyed my stay. The front porch was one of my favorite places to relax and unwind. I also found the location to be close to many of the amenities Clarksville has to offer. I highly recommend staying here.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The place was spotlessly clean, making it comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Accessibility was a breeze—finding and entering the property couldn't have been easier. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone traveling via the highway; it's just minutes away, yet still quiet and peaceful. On top of that, the price was unbeatable for everything this property offers. It's a rare find to have such a perfect blend of cleanliness, accessibility, affordability, and a great location. I can't recommend this place enough—it truly deserves all 5 stars!

This house was very comfortable and makes you feel at home. Great house layout and the new deck and backyard fence is really nice. Very clean and most of the furnishings appear very new. Great written instructions and recommendations posted in the house, so I had no questions to ask. Location is nice as you can walk to restaurants and the college. I enjoyed walking the Austin Peay College campus with our dog several times a day. For the money this is a great buy. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of six (4 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful stay here. The space was more than enough for all of us, and the kids loved the second-floor room with toys and a TV. It was also great to have a small park within walking distance. The home was clean, with thoughtful complimentary items in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Hosts were accommodating with a last minute request, which was much appreciated. We would stay here again while in the Clarksville area or at another one of their properties.

Cedrick’s house was exactly as expected. VERY clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. His pet policy is next level - extremely generous and fair. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and family friendly. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and pretty much anything else you need close by. Extremely close to Ft Campbell! Cedrick was a very responsive host, even when we had an issue with the air conditioning very late at night on a holiday weekend. I didn’t expect a response but woke up to one waiting for me early the next day. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

The place was cute, functional, great location for what we wanted, easy find and Ethan was so communicative and great!

We have military family there. This was the perfect place to stay for visit! Everything you need is there and excellent price! We enjoyed our stay!!

Kathryn really saved us when we had to schedule this stay on last minute notice. Had family coming in from out of country and the place we had rented was uninhabitable! Kathryn was able to accommodate our booking last minute and provided awesome hospitality when communicating.

Dan answered questions promptly when I asked about additional parking, fishing, and arrival times. He met us upon arrival and gave us a tour which made things more personal and easy to find. The house was stocked with plenty of linens, towels, kitchen necessities, etc. The pool, hot tub, and river access made the stay a perfect balance for my kids, we could easily stay entertained at the house or adventure out. Nashville and other smaller towns nearby were very easy to access. Dan's family was very welcoming to our 4 kids and our dog! We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Absolutely magical stay! This home was not just a place to sleep—it was an experience. Every room felt like it held a little surprise, and my kids kept saying it was like exploring a storybook. The house itself felt like a vacation, with a layout that’s both beautiful and unique. The surrounding property felt safe, peaceful, and well cared for. Communication with the host was outstanding—I never waited more than a minute for a response, which made everything even smoother. We took a short 25-minute drive to Nashville, and it was a nearly straight shot. 10/10—would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway close to Nashville.

We were in town for 3 days for a tournament. The townhouse was clean and spacious. The location worked well for us…we were within 10-15 minutes of everything we needed. I was able to work easily from the desk space and the wifi worked well. It was a great home base for my son, my husband, myself and our dog. We would definitely recommend and we will stay again next time we are in town!

Beautiful historic home on expansive property. Perfect place for my family to enjoy Thanksgiving. Two of the rooms had small (double) beds so important to take note of that and plan accordingly. One of the showers in the full bath was only super hot water so we did not use, but there were plenty of other bathrooms to use for showering. Kitchen and laundry useful and had everything we needed. The amenities were very much appreciated (soap, conditioner, shampoo, etc)!

In a great location located by grocery stores, restaurants and Starbucks if you are a big coffee drinker like me. All within a couple minutes drive. Airbnb looked just like the pictures gorgeous home. The home was wonderful and my fur baby loved the huge backyard to play in!

We were in Palmyra for a friend's birthday. Lovely Day was suggested to us when our original host in town had to pull out due to he hosting a displaced local family. Kim was happy to host us, and the space was exactly as described. The dogs and goats were friendly, and it was beautiful and quiet. One note is that although it sleeps 4, both beds and the sleeper are all in the same room, so you might want the larger space upstairs f you need separate bedrooms. Kim answered all of our questions and was perfectly charming. I would happily stay there again.

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

This home exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated, equipped and comfortable. Debbie was available and ready to help us, we added guests at the last minute and she made everything perfect. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and will definitely stay at one of Debbie’s homes again.

Cozy, clean place with very thoughtful amenities like snacks and extra of everything you might have forgotten. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Sonshine & her husband Mike were such great host! We ran into just some slight issues throughout the stay that are out of everyone’s control but they were very prompt and tentative at fixing the issues. We loved the property! It has a big back yard, plenty of parking and everything you would need to have a wonderful stay. We loved it so much that we booked again in July and will probably book many more times in the future. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay! See you soon!
