BFC has a warm farm house feel w/ a touch of the beach. Our kitchen is fully equipped w/ all you need to cook. BFC is located only a few miles from both seaside and bayside boat ramps. A 5 minute drive to Onancock, Walmart, YMCA, shopping & many local shops for just the right souvenir. Wachapreague, Wallops & Chincoteague are just a short drive away.

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. You will have 100 acres of private land, family owned since 1818. Creek access for fishing, canoeing, etc. Come and unplug in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Access to the Cheasapeake Bay or the Atlantic is a short drive away. Enjoy the daily sites of deer, turkey, waterfowl, eagles and osprey among dozens of other wildlife. Cabin is 1 mile off the road down a private dirt road. This is a rare experience to sample off grid living.

The Bug-a-Boo is a lovely single dwelling home. It is ADA handicap accessible. There's an outdoor fire pit and space for camping. We are 20 miles from Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge with miles of protected beaches. This is a peaceful place for soul searching & social distancing. We are also 42 mi from Assateague Is. Nat. Seashore.

The Cottage at Heartsong

Be among the very first guests to enjoy this newly renovated space. The cottage began its life as a caretakers home many years ago. We lovingly brought it back to life and created a cozy and unique space…all wrapped up in a 500 square foot package. Starlink provides fast and reliable WiFi service for streaming etc. Inside the home is quiet and outside you are surrounded by trees, gardens and horse pastures. Book a stay and fall in love. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The town of Atlantic is surrounded by must-sees. NASA, Chincoteague Island, Assateague Beach, NASA shuttle launches, the wild ponies, and Ocean City. All are within driving distance and are great attractions. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of space in the house. Depending on the rainfall, there is a pond in the backyard. During the dry season (July - Sep) the pond could dry up. The pond is can be fished in when full.

"Tiny house on the water"! Jolly is a 42ft Holiday Mansion. Baywater Landing buzzes with watermen & boaters by day & is a peaceful stargazing hotspot by night. She features a master suite & deck areas to enjoy! 35 mins from Ocean City & Assateague Island. 45 mins from Chincoteague Island. Jolly remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!
