This craftsman beauty is a half-block from the incredible shops and restaurants of 12 South, but that half-block is far enough for easy parking and restful quiet. It's an eight-minute drive to downtown and an easy walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt This quiet apartment includes a full kitchen, bath, living room, and bedroom. It occupies half of the main floor of our turn-of-the-20th-century home, where our happy family of five lives, goes to work & school, and raises backyard hens.
