Die 70 Quadratmeter große Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und sehr hell. Auch in den warmen Monaten bleibt es kühl, da die Fenster gegenüber liegen und der Luftzug für reichlich Frischluft sorgt. Über einen kleinen Dachaustritt blickt man über die Dächer von Nürnberg. In dem gemütlichen und einzigartigen Raum fühlt man sich einfach zu Hause und kann die Ruhe genießen. Zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, erreicht man mit der U-Bahn in 10 Minuten das Zentrum von Nürnberg.

Das gemütliche 1 1/2 Zimmer Appartement befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Wir sind sehr darauf bedacht,dass sich unsere Gäste wohl fühlen, so haben wir im letzten Jahr vieles verändert und u.a. ein neues , breiteres Bett angeschafft, die Couch ausgetauscht und eine Leseecke geschaffen, die man schnell zu einem zweiten Bett im anderen Raum modifizieren kann 😊
