Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

The host is very responsive. She communicated quickly as well. She was very helpful when we had a question. The place is cute, clean, and uncluttered. Easy walk to the boardwalk or anywhere else you want to go.

Crystal’s home is clean, cozy, and unbeatably close to ocean access. The furniture is very comfortable. The bonus bathroom is a nice plus. I cooked all meals while there and the kitchen had everything I needed. There are many thoughtful touches around the place that make the atmosphere very welcoming. The small patio off the living room gets great morning sun and is the perfect spot to drink your morning tea. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful beach location exactly as described.

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

Great place to stay if you want to be near the nightlife but still private. Everything was perfect and I would 10 out of 10 get back again.

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony looking at the bay and wildlife, very relaxing. The welcome bag was a lovely touch.

This was a great apartment for our stay in ocean City. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood on the bay side of the peninsula. Comfortable beds, nice TVs, and a functional kitchen, all new appliances throughout. Would stay again. Walls are somewhat thin so some noise from apartment above, nothing crazy or late.

Great stay! First the location was amazing: right on the bay with private beach access 1 house over, 10 minutes from grocery and convenience stores and great restaurants, 15-18 minutes from Bethany beach and boardwalk. Second the amenities at the house were perfect: so much communal space to relax, well stocked including kids toys/ play area, sand toys, bikes, kayaks, stroller, beach wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, everything we needed to entertain our toddler just steps to the sand and bay. Third, the house lay out was very accommodating for larger groups/ families. There were 2 primary suites (one on the upper level and one on the main level) both with large walk-in closets (with air vents) that had pack-and-plays set up in them. 2 smaller secondary bedrooms upstairs, but one also had a full kids bed in the walk-in that was decorated princess themed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had most meals at home. Such a perfect spot, we will be back next year.

This was my second time staying at John's and it was just a wonderful this time around. Easy walk to the beach, wonderful view from the deck onto the channel, and nearby restaurants and grocery store. My dogs and I love the location, layout, views, and amenities (dogs especially love napping in the sunshine on the deck), and will 100% come back in the future!

Rosa’s home is a perfect getaways spot! It’s clean, spacious and quiet. Everything you need is in the home. The neighborhood is perfect for walking the dogs and everyone is friendly. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk inlet. We definitely would stay here again when we need a place to stay. Rosa is super helpful and always responded quickly!

We ran into an issue when we first booked, and Elizabeth went out of her way to make sure it was taken care of. Then, we were delayed in getting there because of Hurricane Helene and she again made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

Another great year staying at Tammy’s! We’ve stayed here twice now - the location is truly fantastic and the house is so nice! Tammy is very prompt with responding to messages and incredibly helpful.

Fenwick Island is adorable! I had no idea! The neighborhood is lovely, the neighbors were friendly, the house is cute and so easy to get to the beach! The beach was not even that crowded despite the Labor Day holiday. The side porch is a great extension to the house and the upgrades are attractive and thoughtful. I especially loved the dog gate for the porch, the dog food & water bowl and the dog bed. Very cute! There is a Rise Up coffee join right on the main drag as well as a Sunsations for anything you may have forgotten. The house has some extra beach towels, two chairs and a sun umbrella as well. There is mini-golf within walking.

Jessica, you were a great host with a beautiful home as described. Your instructions and suggestions were spot on and very helpful. You were very proactive and friendly with your check ins. We will highly recommend this place and will definitely be repeat customer. Any chance we can put a request for the same time next year meaning Thursday and Friday nights on Easter weekend 2026. This was a great place to stay. It's on the north end of Ocean City, so we'll removed from a lot of the touristy stuff. Really great access to the beach that had lots of open space and absolutely no crowding. The place was well appointed and very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s condo, it was a great space for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. Valerie was very responsive for any questions we had!

An amazing place! Double balconies for sunrise and sunset views. Very peaceful and friendly neighbors. Everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend! Natasha was very quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have.

This is a cute place that is right on the bay so you can enjoy beautiful water views yet it’s an easy walk to the beach. The unit is nicely furnished. The shower with multiple jets was great. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog. We also appreciate the welcome bottle of wine!

Another great stay. The location can't be any better, central OC at it's best. Easy walk to the beach. We tried Barrio Taco this time, it's huge, recently remodeled. Dead Freddie's across the street is a plus. Plenty of room for our family. We'll be back! Raif went above and beyond with his hospitality - thank you.

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

Really have no complaints about Jen’s place!!! There is so much space, it’s very cozy and homie. TVs in every room. The deck is so cute to sit outside and play some games or eat breaker/dinner. You have two parking spots, access to the beach and many restaurants around you. The bus stop to take you to the boardwalk is not a far walk either so you have unlimited access to everything you need. This was my first time back to OC MD in a long time and Jen’s place was the right place. 10/10 and will hopefully be staying again soon 😁
