Quiet cottage with accomodation for 6 - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, outdoor shower, grill, patio, and screened in porch. Hardwood floors throughout. Parking for 3 cars. Dog friendly.

Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Community amenities include beaches, a yacht club, golf course, community center, a Beach Club Pool and other community pools. Passes are available at ocean Pines Association.
