Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap. Oak Bluff Tiny Home on 2.5 Acres with Pond & Patio

Relax at this quaint and laid-back getaway located close to restaurants, airport, cruise terminal and major highways. The property is near nature preserves and state parks that are ideal for hiking ,fishing and boating or just relax in any of our many beautiful beaches and enjoy all the fine dining. For entertainment and event venues , Riverside/Downtown is under 30 minutes away. A great place to relax and rest after a day of activities or on your way to your final travel destination.

Fenced 4 bdr House Airport, Cruise, Zoo & Beaches

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

This is a tiny house located on our property. Has complete own entrance and building. Total privacy with gate around entire property.

Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

Guest suite in our house on Klutho park; peaceful, gorgeous view of the park and downtown Jacksonville skyline. The house is divided into two separate living spaces. You have your own private entrance through the back. NO SMOKING. Not 420 friendly Because the house is divided in two, you might hear our puppy bark sometimes.
