This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!

This riverfront cabin is an intimate little hideaway with authentic character. Our one room cabin has River access and Riverview, sleeping space for four people on a queen size bed and queen size futon. A full kitchen with quality cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, electric range with oven and fully stocked coffee bar. The covered dock is available for fishing and if you bring a boat you may use the dock to shelter it. THE CABIN IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!

Cozy Country Cottage

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. This sweet studio bungalow is comfortable, peaceful , and quiet. The patio is very relaxing where you can enjoy your coffee . A sweet hideaway in the middle of town not far from the freeway. It sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on the full size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge. A microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and Keurig are also provided.
