Off the beaten path, this home is minutes from many attractions!

You will love the serenity of the quaint tree lined neighbourhood while enjoying a cup of coffee out on the deck. Minutes from Ryerson Park which offers breathtaking sunsets. Take in the view of the Toronto skyline while picnicking at one of the tables dotted around the park and don't miss the stairs down to the small pebble beach if you're up to taking a dip. A scenic 25min stroll or 5min drive along the lake and oldest Golf course in North America will take you into the heart of downtown.

Right on the river! Amazing views! Relax on the back porch sofa overlooking the Niagara river or enjoy a dinner with a river sunset. This beautiful white cottage is also right in historic Lewiston so you can walk to all the restaurants, bars or artpark if you plan on going to a concert. You are also right next to the docks where you can fish (Trailer parking is available), launch your boat, go on a river tour or enjoy the waterfront and its park. The Falls or Fort Niagara are 15 mins away.

Olcott Cottage on the Park

Olcott - This centrally located single family home backs up to Krull Park, a 325 acre park with multiple playgrounds, a splash park, tennis courts, nature trails, softball diamonds, lacrosse fields, horseshoe pits and multiple other activities. It is also within walking distance to downtown Olcott Beach with various restaurants, bars, shops and Newfane Town Marina. It is equipped with all the amenities of home with an updated patio, grill and fire pit.

Woodcliff Cottage

Woodcliff Cottage has been fully renovated. A new kitchen features granite countertops, high-end range, island/bar and spectacular views. The kitchen opens into a spacious living room with gas fireplace and more windows looking out over the new deck and Lake Ontario. Enjoy a sunset campfire at the fire pit with stairs leading down to Lake Ontario. 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths with walk-in shower and shower with full bathtub. We also rent Shell Cottage next door.

Lake Front: Beautiful Cottage on Lake Alice

Lake front designer gem has Main House, Boat House and Bath House. Boat House is an additional fee and offered seasonally : see details below. Gourmet kitchen, rock fireplace, expansive deck, stairs to lake with dock, swim platform, fire ring, beach chairs, 4 kayaks and a canoe for your use. Just a day trip away to Niagra Falls or Toronto and 5 min to Oak Orchard River which hosts World Class Fishing.
