This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

Plenty of local activities await you nearby from the Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers for all water attractions. For those interested in wandering, we are positioned less than 30 minutes from both downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge.
