It's very airy and relaxed thanks to the 500m² interior living space and generously proportioned garden and terraces. Villa Art Deco has a garage with two closed parking spaces and an additional four outdoor parking spaces. Art Deco is completely air conditioned. It has Wi-Fi, LCD Satellite television and a DVD player for entertainment any time. Soothe yourself before or after a busy day by indulging in the jetted tub or sauna, both suitable for two people. The sizeable swimming pool is big enough for your entire group to enjoy a cooling dip when the temperature soars. When you stay in this property, you could be forgiven for thinking it doubles as an art gallery; the walls of the villa are decorated with numerous paintings by top Croatian artists, which give an extra touch of color and feeling of sophistication. The property has a professional kitchen that is equipped with a stove with four hot plates, oven, hood, dishwasher and many more modern conveniences. There are plenty of places selling fresh, local seafood and other produce in Dubrovnik, so mealtimes will be a mouth-watering experience for sure. There are five bedrooms over three floors in the villa, each with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom on the first floor has a majestic ocean view you’ll long to wake up to every morning. A baby cot is also available if you’re traveling with a young child. The old city of Dubrovnik has more than enough to keep your party entertained regardless of age. As well as the various historic sights, there’s a picturesque Marina and Port, and Banje Pebble Beach is only 350 meters away. Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) is 20 km away from Villa Art Deco. Villa Agape features 350 square meters of interior. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. The spacious living area is made up of an open space concept, perfect for spending relaxing time with family and friends. The house is full of bright surfaces and natural materials.
