Welcome to Fat Cat Barn! This is an incredibly unique, family oriented 1850's Mennonite built Post & Beam barn on 10+ acres in the pastoral hills of Andover, VT. We are wedged between the wonderful villages of Weston, Ludlow & Chester. Just 15 minutes from Okemo and Magic ski mountains with Stratton, Bromley & Killington all within 40 minutes. This is a wonderful four season property with plenty of options for fun right outside our door step. The Stratton mountain views and sunsets are stunning

Stone n' Sky Lodge

Complete with all the comforts & amenities of home, Stone n’ Sky Lodge is fully furnished & decorated with family heirlooms & fine art. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, fiber optic internet & a separate home office, the Lodge is located on a paved, dead end road, surrounded by a wildlife sanctuary; yet minutes from town & interstate highways. Local attractions, festivals, artisans, hiking, micro-brewed beers, ciders, good food & music are all to be discovered within minutes of this location.

The 1770 House

Spring is the most dramatic time here. At the end of a dirt road with no cars or people you are one with nature. Ask to see if the pool and outdoor spa are open. In March and April our rates are discounted 20%. Enjoy our country retreat with breathtaking mountain and valley views. This expanded 1770 farmhouse gives you 4,500 sq. ft. of space for large family and friend get togethers. The house overlooks the Green River Valley with views of Vermont. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Clark Farm-2 Master-Suites, Great kitchen, views!

The historic Clark Farm boasts beautiful mountain views as well as of our apple orchard and early 19th Century barn. The farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 king-size master suites that are tucked away each on their own floor. The queen room and the kids room (twins) share 1.5 baths in the "new" side of the house. The spacious light-filled farmhouse has an open floor plan with a gas fireplace in both the living room and tv/game room. Outdoors enjoy the 8 adirondack chairs and a fire pit .

Even the journey here is part of the adventure. *4WD & Snowtires are needed during winter & early spring due to the possibility of snow or mud* This property requires a lot of upkeep and the steward will likely be onsite during your stay, however the whole house will be exclusively reserved for your booking. There's skiing mins away at Mount Snow, swimming at Harriman Reservoir, as well as hiking, golf, mountain biking, antiquing, breweries, and some of the best food VT has to offer!

The Suprenant House

Cozy home in the 5 college area, close to downtown Amherst minutes from UMASS and Amherst College in a rural part of Town with endless scenic views. Free fast Wifi and parking. During your stay you can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, laundry essentials, books, board games and other activities. Your hosts live directly next door to the property and available to help at any time. You will be staying next to a working farm, where there are trucks and machines working daily.
