Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

Für einen ruhigen Urlaub ist die Lage der Wohnung gut. Mit dem PKW ist man schnell an den Stränden oder zum Einkaufen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und zum Teil überdacht. Der Ausblick zum Meer ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung befindet sich jedoch am Ortseingang, sodass fußläufig nichts in der Nähe ist. Die Strände und Buchten rund um Cala Gonone sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit persönlichen Check-in war fließend und sehr angenehm.

Francesca war eine äußerst zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeberin! Wir hatten alles in der Unterkunft was wir brauchten, insbesondere die Küche war hervorragend eingerichtet so dass wir für unsere Gruppe gut kochen konnten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Schöne ruhige Ausgangslage zum Klettern, Baden, Essen gehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank Francesca!

Wir haben Sardinien im April besucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Das Check-In war einfach und flexibel, die Räume gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Großer Pluspunkt waren natürlich die Nähe und der Ausblick zum Meer sowie der private Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation mit Milena von ByNos war einfach und unkompliziert, sie war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat gute Tipps gegeben.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

We had a great stay at Paolo’s! They had everything we needed to make food and the apartment was very clean. Easy to walk everywhere and lots of parking around as well.

The house is super complete with everything needed and beyond. The cleaning is off the charts, with everything perfect. The host even left us water and milk in the fridge! L'appartamento di Gianfranco è in centro, in posizione molto comoda a due passi a piedi dal supermercato. Nonostante le dimensioni c'è davvero tutto, anche la lavatrice, e il letto è comodissimo. Purtroppo abbiamo beccato una settimana intera di pioggia, il che ha fatto sì che fosse un po' umido, visto che è esposto su un lato solo. Nel complesso però siamo stati molto bene.

Such a beautiful spot right next to everything you could want - delicious restaurants, delicious beaches, delicious everything! Graziella was extremely helpful and came to meet us at the free parking spot and help us carry our bags to the accomodation - you get a sea view and everything is within 5 minutes walk. What a beautiful place to stay and such great hosts, we will be back :D

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde am nächsten Tag (einem Sonntag) vom Servicetechniker umgehend behoben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eher einfach gehalten aber alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Es gibt zwar Busverbindungen von Birgalavo nach Budoni, wir würden aber unbedingt einen Mietwagen empfehlen, um einzukaufen oder die sehr schönen Strände in der Umgebung zu besuchen oder für andere Unternehmungen, wie zum Beispiel Bootstouren. Der schöne große Pool und das Restaurant "Agriturismo Lu Stillicioni" waren echte Bereicherungen. Wir planen wieder zu kommen.

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. Ottima esperienza presso l’appartamento di Lucrezia, l’alloggio è accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari che lo rendono originale e personale. Il valore aggiunto è la bellissima terrazza dalla quale si gode di un ottimo panorama (mare/montagna). Da tenere presente la tranquillità del posto. Lucrezia è una host puntuale è disponibile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo.

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Giuseppe. Sa femme était très disponible et gentille. Un quartier très calme pas loin de la plage, petit supermarché, restaurant sympas et de la grande route pour découvrir autour. Olbia à moins de 30 mins. Budoni à 5 mins. Une piscine au top, propre, belle, équipée chaise etc….. Merci beaucoup

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Raffaello war sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor Ort war der Kontakt zum „Servicecenter“ ebenfalls sehr gut, alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Wohnung und insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir fanden alles was wir brauchten um div. Menus zu kochen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine wunderschöne private Terrasse, einen gemeinschaftlich genutztem Garten inkl. Pool Ende Sept./Anfangs Okt. ist es sehr ruhig in Puntaldia, kaum Leute, die Wohnungen um uns herum waren leer daher störten wir niemanden und wir konnten die Ruhe geniessen. Etwas strenge Regeln zur Benützung des Pools, was mit Kindern nicht ganz einfach zu befolgen ist. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung aber sehr empfehlen, vielen Dank Raffaello 👍

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die nahegelegenen Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und den Angaben, wie z.B. Babybett und Sonnenschirme. Der zur Unterkunft gehörende Gemeinschaftspool ist ganz nett, jedoch waren wir lieber am Strand. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell bei Problemen, wie z.B. einen Stromausfall reagiert. Bis nach Olbia und dem Flughafen sind es mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten. In Murta Maria gibt’s einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft für zwei Personen und einem Kind uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
