Nice beautiful house located away from the city and in a very peaceful location. The host and his mother was always responsive, friendly and ensured that our stay was memorable. The host arranged the transportation for our local sight seeing. The rooms were neat and clean and exactly matched the description. Nice place to stay.

Our stay at Palavayal Farm Villa was a truly refreshing and memorable experience. Equally commendable was Ranjit, the caretaker, who looked after us with sincerity and warmth. Always available with a smile, he ensured that every need was met promptly and courteously. His presence added a personal touch to the stay.

When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain. Being an avid traveller both domestic and international, it's heartening to check into a place that is exactly what you see in the pictures. Everything you see is exactly what you get. Must mention the high quality linen , towels and absolutely clean washroom. Kitchen utensils were brand new . Overall highly recommended. Jabir was most helpful, polite and fantastic host.

Vinod is a very friendly, and responsible person. He tried his best to do the service for us to stay in the place. Very Nice place to stay. He is Very helpful. Feels like our own home. I recommend anyone can stay happily in Vinod’s place.

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks
