Hunter Ski Resort is 15 minutes away, Wyndham Ski Resort is 30 minutes away, and several NY state park trailheads are steps from the front door.

Please note that this is an off-grid camping cabin without water, but there is electricity.

Cozy Treehouse in Catskill Mountains.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.
