Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Hügellandschaft der Marken. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieterin mit perfektem Service. Etwas abgeschieden aber dafür extrem ruhig und erholsam. Ca. 30 min ans Meer und in die Berge (Grotte di Frasassi).

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

Het was een heerlijk huis, erg nieuw. De locatie is erg fijn: rustig, vrij gelegen met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk: best groot, verwarmd (ongeveer 4 graden warmer) en lekkere ligbedden. Luca is erg vriendelijk en relaxed en hij reageert snel. Hij is erg bereid om te helpen.

Heerlijk huis, alles netjes voor elkaar en Paolo de eigenaar reageert snel op apps en helpt je met tips en reserveringen.

Skønt hus! Masser af plads til vores familie fra 1-66 år. Stor have med plads til leg, dejligt køkken og gode, store soveværelser med hver sit fine badeværelse. Kommunikationen med værten gik perfekt. Udsigten til bjergene og Cortona var vidunderlig. Vi savnede kun lidt varmere vejr ;-)

Siamo state davvero bene in questa villa. La casa è enorme, ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Arredamenti scelti in modo preciso e attento per offrire diverse esperienze e servizi particolari (salotto che diventa sala cinema!). Gli spazi esterni sono spettacolari, soprattutto il giardino e le sale interne, perfetti per rilassarsi. Ha tutto il necessario sia per lavorare che per divertirsi. Un grande grazie all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super positiva

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

Beautiful home, spectacular view, the pool was gorgeous too and perfectly clean. Gabriella was an exceptional host - providing everything we needed and was readily available for any questions/requests. Gabriella is very kind and even helped us when our son was ill, directing us to and accompanying us to a paediatric clinic and speaking with the doctors which was incredibly helpful and comforting - Gabriella really goes above and beyond to help. The location is superb for exploring the local area and the town of Tuoro is close enough to provide all you need - cafes in the main square, butcher, grocery shop and pharmacy all within waking distance. We had an excellent stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Andrew. Sa maison est magnifique et très agréable. Nous étions 9 et nous n'étions pas à l'étroit grâce aux 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains. La maison reste fraiche pendant la journée malgré les fortes chaleurs. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et bien fleuri. Les différentes terrasses sont très appréciables surtout celle ombragée par une superbe glycine. La piscine est parfaite avec sa plage et ses nombreux transats. L'environnement est très calme et la vue très belle. Andrew nous a fourni de bons conseils que nous avons suivis pour nos visites quotidiennes. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre semaine de vacances, les petits comme les grands.

Luogo fantastico e davvero ben tenuto. Spazi esterni ampissimi. Appartamenti grandi il giusto, puliti e ben curati. La signora Luciana molto gentile e disponibile. La piscina ha un panorama molto bello ed è ben tenuta. Chiaramente bisogna essere in macchina perché nelle vicinanze a piedi non si trova nulla ma in auto a 5/10 minuti avete tutto ciò che serve. Soggiorno consigliatissimo.

Sehr großes und schön gelegenes Haus in Umbrien. Der Garten ist parkähnlich angelegt und lädt für viele Aktivitäten ein. Auch im Haus ist genug Platz für schlechtes Wetter. Die Poolanlagen sind auch sehr schön. Das Haus bietet alles, um einen entspannten Urlaub zur verbringen. Teuer sind allerdings die Energieverbräuche und die Badezimmer könnten modernisiert werden.

Staying at Villa Santa Caterina was such a wonderful experience. Marie has a beautiful home with absolutely breathtaking views. Adrienne, the Villa on site host was amazing. She was on top of everything and quick to respond to any of our needs. I was able to enjoy a wonderful massage at the Villa. Adrienne scheduled our “home cooked meal” by locals Sylvia and Frederick that was amazing. The location of the Villa was perfect for the towns we visited, Siena, Assisi, Cortona, Pisa, Livorno, Lake Trasemino and Florence. We look forward to going back.

This is one of the most wonderful villas to stay in around Umbria. The space itself feels like a comfortable home and the views are seriously magical. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to explore the area from there, as long as you have a car. Rolando was the perfect host. Super responsive and sent through a lot of recommendations and suggestions as well as connecting us with chefs and drivers as needed. Everything was perfect, and as a very frequent traveller this is not something I would say often at all. This is a very special place.

Nous sommes cinq amis à avoir séjourné à Molbena (Villa Rasina) et nous en sommes tous enchantés. L’endroit est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent être au plus proche de la nature Toscane. La vue est magnifique, la maison est superbe, la piscine incroyable. Le petit chemin privé pour accéder à la maison donne un petit côté exceptionnel et privilégié à l’endroit. Nous avons pleinement profité de la nature environnante. Il existe même des sentiers et chemins sur lesquels nous avons fait quelques petites randonnées. Certes la maison reste éloignée mais une fois que vous avez fait vos courses pour le séjour vous n’aurez plus envie d’aller ailleurs ! De plus Fiorenzo et son fils Francesco ont été très réactifs à nos demandes et ont pu gérer notamment la perte d’un bagage à l’aéroport de Rome. Un grand merci à eux !

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa ai Cedri and a perfect authentic Italian holiday. The House is absolutely amazing everything you need is there and the views with the landscape and the pool were stunning. Giovan was always really helpful and responded super fast to any questions. Overall we can only recommend staying here as families or as friend groups.

Een prachtig huis met verschrikkelijk mooi uitzicht. Erg rustig en geen last van anderen. Als er airco's in de slaapkamers zouden zijn is het perfect, want het was nu erg warm in de nachten (overdag 38 graden). Erg vriendelijke gastheer die gelijk reageert en meedenkt. Tuin en zwembad wordt perfect onderhouden.

Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage à la Fattoria. Notre hôte était accueillant et réactif. L’endroit est magnifique et paisible.

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and view are absolutely amazing and the house is big enough for a big group of people. Especially the outdoor furniture was very nice and the communication was great! Just a note for future guests: the track to the house is not easy to pass with some cars.
