Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Our house is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Conveniently located in the Moovalya Keys, but outside the gates, so NO HASSLES from the parking patrol. If you stayed in the Keys before, you know who I am talking about! It is right across from Circle K. It comes with a large back yard that has corn hole and a fire pit not to mention the RIVER! You have your own 50' dock. The dock is located about 75' from the back of the house. A smart tv is provide for you to stream.

New beautiful walk- in shower. 2 comfortable recliners.
