Studio offers the latest in Italian designed kitchen and bathroom features, TV, B & O speakers and comfortable queen sized bed. The studio is located over the garage at the rear of the property. It has its own private entry with a protective garden vine around the balcony, allowing for privacy from the main house. There are no window coverings on the windows. Its an open plan studio

A 1.5km walk to trams giving easy access to some of Melbourne's coolest inner city northern suburbs - Fitzroy, Northcote, Brunswick. Longer stays considered on enquiry.

You can access Merri Creek trail from a gate direct from our back garden. Tram located at the end of our street ( a couple of minute walk ) for access to the CBD via Brunswick and Carlton.

Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.
