Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

The secluded, gated property is well kept and the cabin is cute, comfy, and clean. It’s 6 miles to Tahlequah and 4.6 miles to All American floats. Bring your family and friends and make unforgettable memories! The property also has another 8 person cabin, 4 glamping sites, and 6 RV sites.

Our Hillside Cabin is a renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

While you’re sitting on the deck or on the swinging bed watching the Eagles fly or the river otters scamper about. The Lower level has a hot tub and an area to just relax and visit while playing games with your family or loved one.
