Our cosy but contemporary 4 * graded Mill Cottage is over 180 yrs old. Located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. You will love it in this quiet, friendly village. Easy access to everything. Surrounded by Mountains, Canals, Lakes, Market Towns and Activity Centres. Two local pubs and a shop in walking distance. Great place for couples or a small family having a King Size bedroom and a Day bed on bedroom/landing. Just be aware you have to walk through this bedroom to access the main bedroom.

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Located just 3 miles from the book-lover's haven of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary festival and easygoing charm, it is the perfect place to escape to.

There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

The garden path leads down to a secluded orchard which is a haven for birds, deer & wildlife. The cottage is located in a quiet country lane, with walks to our local pubThe Ostrich Inn and town. We are close to all ammenities, cycle trails, river activities and the best of what the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley has to offer.

Sugarloaf cottage is located under the Blorange Mountain on the outskirts of the lovely market town of Abergavenny. It has been tastefully furnished to a high standard with a Hot tub and private patio area with a BBQ. The cottage has everything you need to ensure you have a perfect stay. We have direct access onto the Monmouthshire/Brecon canal and the cycle path which is ideal if your bringing a furry friend with you as we are super dog friendly

The en-suite has a bath & shower. We are happy for you to bring your lovely pets, the outdoor private area for the cottage is not fully enclosed sadly but we do have a paddock you can use and there are plenty of fab dog walking/swimming spots locally.
