Visited for a local event with my two sons - location was perfect. Walkable distance of most things or if weather was bad easy to reach via bolt (taxi app) apartment was very clean and great WiFi. Would highly recommend for families or even a couple.

We stayed at Batel’s place for 2 nights and enjoyed every single moment! ☺️ The appartment was extremely clean, amenities were provided what was very nice, the bathroom was spacious and luxury, and of course, the location was perfect, we could reach most of the sightseeing sites by foot! Overall 5/5, can only recommend! 🤩

The apartment is beautiful, clean and tidy, equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee machine), all hygiene products are present. Nearby there are grocery stores, bakeries and places where you can eat until midnight. Quiet area and a metro station is nearby. Top recommendations!

Check in was easy. Apartment is located on the second floor and fits comfortably for 2-4pax. Photos and descriptions match the listing and location is perfect with food spots and metro lines nearby. Would definitely be back.

I had such a special 2 month stay at Gianfranco’s lovely home - great location close to the metro so easy to get anywhere you want in the city, and lots to do in the local area with great markets on the weekends. The house was impeccably clean, super cosy and Gianfranco was a brilliant host who helped me whenever I needed - it made for the perfect Paris experience :)

J’ai passé un bon séjour ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre et bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région, et le quartier est calme. Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci
