My Family and I had a great time at Chris’s home, exactly like the pictures and description. Both Chris and Janene were very friendly and addressed any concerns we had from start to finish. When I return to the Smokey mountains I would definitely stay here again. We recommend this house to anyone who is looking for privacy and a great time on their vacation.

We spent 2 days in the Charming Farmhouse…which was not NEARLY enough! There is so much to do! We had the kids up until 10 pm both nights and STILL didn’t have time to do more than 50% of what we had planned or would have liked to do. The kids had planned on going to the fire and pool and the adults were looking forward to the hot tub…unfortunately, we just ran out of time..so we are going to come back next year for a whole week! We were able to get discounted Dollywood tickets (Yay!) and we took advantage of the free breakfast at Reagan’s both mornings ) it did Not disappoint). The kids loved their room and the “secret” nook…The place had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. 5 queen beds (3 in the same room)…and a king bed…everyone had their own big bed! The back entrance opens to a quiet area with vending machines and there is a private porch with rocking chairs out the two front doors!we ..as the kids say “best day ever”! Thank you! (Randi was awesome!)

We really enjoyed our stay at midnight splash. It made for a great base to explore Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding areas. The cabin was just a little of the main strip of Pigeon Forge so getting to shows, restaurants, etc was all quick and easy. It is also only a couple minutes from a grocery store too. The cabin itself was well kept and very clean. We enjoyed the arcade games and the deck a lot. Would recommend staying here.

Million dollar view, felt right at home when we walked through the door

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic cabin in Tennessee, and I can't recommend it enough! The cabin was absolutely wonderful—spotlessly clean and nestled in a beautiful, peaceful area that made for a perfect getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub, which provided the ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. I was also incredibly thankful that we could bring our fur baby along for the trip. He loved the fenced-in backyard, which allowed him to roam freely and enjoy the great outdoors. Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

This home was a great stay for our family during spring break! It match exactly as shown and described, including the drive up the mountain. It’s for sure private but there is so much to do in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which is about 20-30 minutes. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids! The hosts were very responsive throughout our stay! Totally planning another stay with our family.

Our family has an annual trip to the TN mountains for the past 15 years. We have stayed in many AirBNB’s but THIS HOME was voted number 1 by our family! The pictures do not do justice for this home and the amazing views!!! Views from the front and back of the home are absolutely breathtaking!!! The home was immaculate and the beds were comfy. Our daughter in law loved the hot tub and our granddaughter LOVED the pool! Unfortunately we had rainy weather most of our stay. But the family didn’t mind - again we had the hot tub, pool and games upstairs! We will definitely be back!! We even had the most amazing rainbow right outside the front door!

Godiva was an excellent host! My husband and his buddy went down to the rod run. They said her home was tremendous! convenient, clean, comfortable, everything anyone could want. When I had any questions she was quick to respond and give recommendations. Would highly recommend her as a host and her home!

This is my second time in a Smokies Time AirBnB. Just like the first one I had a perfect stay. You are in the mountains and it is very peaceful and relaxing. I drive a Fiat 500 and had no issues driving up the mountain road. Just take your time and drive slow and you will make it to paradise.

We had the best time at the dream cabin!! Robert was a great host who was polite and friendly, he had great communication with us throughout our whole stay! The cabin was so cute! Perfect location!! Close enough to all there is to do, but secluded enough that it was peaceful and quiet!! Next time we are in the area we will definitely try to stay here again!! Our family stayed here with our children. The place was in the perfect location not far from any attractions and was just like the pictures. Perfect spot for a family with affordable rates! I would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed in April with our 2 boys and 2 dogs. The home was super clean which was quite impressive being pet friendly. Abundant amount of clean towels and plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the comfortable recliners, beds, and the hot tub. The washer/dryer was convenient. Also, great location so close to everything in town. I did spot a bear during my stay while relaxing on the front porch one afternoon. That was exciting to see. We also loved that the house was not hanging off a cliff or on stilts like many cabins in the area. It was a quiet little neighborhood with the lovely sounds of birds outside. If you are looking for a comfortable home that allows you to vacation with your dog(s), look no further. This is your place! Look forward to booking again

We were a family of 10 and had an extremely comfortable stay. The home was decorated very nicely and had amenities to complement everyone. Catherine was quick to respond to any issues and went out of her way to resolve them promptly. The home is located close to many attractions with minimal drive time. Highly recommended!!

Everyone loved the house, there was plenty of bedrooms for everyone, very well stock kitchen. Con-didn't know how to use the gas grill. air hockey table didn't work, wish there was a pool table, thats it, other then that, I will be using that cabin again in the future.

The home is beautiful, very clean, in an excellent location, with an easy to access driveway (not steep), and a very responsive host. The large kitchen, game room, theater room, and plenty of space to spread out was wonderful! Our family had an excellent stay!

From booking to final check out Amy was always available and had every detail covered! This beautiful Victorian home has been brought back to life with impressive restoration. The combination of modern and antique style throughout the home is welcoming and refreshing while keeping the integrity of the home’s history. We had a wonderful girls weekend celebrating my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Thank you Amy for sharing this wonderful home with our community and beyond!

This is the longest booking I have ever done, 3 months. I could not have been happier with the place we got. Such a beautiful house and such an amazing stay. The house itself is absolutely astonishing and in such a great area. The host Kazimierz’s made us feel right at home. The best communication for absolutely anything you need. This air b n b was absolutely perfect! The house and property were beautiful! The hot tub was soo warm. We enjoyed the fire pit. The location was perfect for us. Our kids really enjoyed all of the games provided! We would definitely like to book here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is nice, roomy and made us feel right at home. Drake was an excellent host and very quick to respond with any issues that may have arisen. We stayed 4 weeks and honestly, hated to have to leave. The place is on the side of a mountain in the trees so its quiet and peaceful. Its away from the hussle and bussle, but also close enough to everything, such as Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which makes it the perfect location in my opinion. We highly recommend this place. Its a must stay when coming to Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. We will definately be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.

Everything went super well! We’ve stayed in other places in Pigeon Forge, but they’re hilly or have a lot of stairs. It was so nice to be able to park and head directly inside! Especially with our kids!
