Romantic Lakeview Jacuzzi Suite

Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

Apartment 2, Superman Suite

After completing a full renovation on the 2nd floor of the Jones Building, we are excited to offer you 4 industrial style suites in Metropolis, IL. Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. This space has been revitalized and allowed to thrive again. “The Jones” is ready to welcome you to the home of Superman!

Ozark King - A Private Suite with Eclectic Charm

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

Chic Ultramodern Minimalist Studio Loft + Patio

The Nash Loft is a stunning minimalist studio with 12’ ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen with black stainless appliances and quartz countertops, stackable washer + dryer, a designer bathroom with black stainless fixtures and frameless glass shower, a comfortable workspace with high-speed internet connection, track lighting, and a lovely patio overlooking the courtyard. This studio is a private and separate space from the upstairs apartment and is located close to Downtown Cincinnati, the University of Cincinnati, highways and local restaurants. Its centralized location makes it great for being able to fully experience the city of Cincinnati and Newport on the Levee. It comes fully equipped with full/double size bed, a sleeper sofa, tv, work space, extra bed, coffee maker and full bathroom. Along with having its own parking space with free street parking.

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
