New window air conditioner recently installed. There is a shared bathroom and a hallway providing full use of a microwave and Keurig machine. There is no kitchen. THERE IS NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM

Quiet, well lighted bedroom on second floor of house. House is on a quiet street. Free street parking. Twin size bed. Bathroom shared with other guests on the floor. Public transportation (LIRR and Bus stop). Take LIRR train for a 40 minute ride to Manhattan, or take bus/subway for a 90 minute trip to Manhattan. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. 20 minutes bus ride to Roosevelt Field Mall. No kitchen is available. There is a microwave and Keurig coffee maker on the hallway.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

The apartment has two bedrooms; a king and a full sized bed, and is located in the basement The bathroom, kitchen and dining room would be for your private use. My family and I live on the floor above if you need help at any time. Located 15 min walk from Mineola Train Station. And 10 min walk from plenty of restaurants, pharmacy. There is a lot of street parking and my drive way is at your disposal
