The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

This beautiful Annisquam Village cottage was renovated to the highest level of quality by two artist's. Located just 5 minutes from Lighthouse Beach, Cambridge Beach and Talise Restaurant. Bunny Cottage has beautiful gardens, is surrounded by water on 3 sides, and has peek-a-boo views of Wingaersheek Beach from the bedroom window. Coveted South Island location for your New England beach vacation. There are enough beds for the whole family to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Fish from the sand, walk or bike the island, visit the Parker River Reserve, or enjoy the fantastic Newbury/Newburyport area with many dining options!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests.
