Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Everything you need for a comfortable vacation is within 150 m. Once you park your car you no longer need it.Accommodation is suitable for small children because near the house is not a road.The apartment is located on the third floor of a family house, in the attic, so the view is unimaginable. New outdoor gym is 50 m from the house.

Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house built entirely from stones found on the hills overlooking Rogoznica. It is located amongst the olive trees on the hill just 3 min ride (10-15 min walk) from the main road and the closest beach and it represents an old stone house with green windows - symbol of Dalmatia! It is surrounded by untouched nature in a very peaceful area with amazing sunsets every day!

It is on first floor, it have 2 bedrooms, kitchen, wc, air-condition, microwave, new refrigerator, wi-fi, balcony with outside furniture. From this year 2019 we have new roof, new windows and house isolation. In our yard we have our fast food Bartul, where you can eat, drink and relax.
