New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Graded 4 star by Visit Wales it has 4 double beds, (1 en suite), plus 1 room with 2 single beds, plus a bath and shower room. (3 bathrooms in total). The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, two fridge freezers. The lounge is spacious with extra upstairs seating . We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

The photo shown is the main house. Self catering accommodation. Guests will stay in the refurbished coach house in the grounds of the main house in the village of Glanamman. Open plan living area downstairs, fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, slow cooker and cooking utensils. Shower room and toilet, hot &cold running water.
