Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed/ full bath in the master room, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with shared full bath. Maximum occupancy-5 persons. Best locations on SPI, walking distance to the Entertainment District where you'll find bars, restaurants, and many fun things to do. 4 min walk to the beach with public access. Across the street from Blue Marlin Supermarket. Private backyard (just for this apartment) with a BBQ Grill that connects to the pool area. Two story condo with rooms on the second floor with a beautiful balcony with partial views of the bay. Good for couples, solo adventurers, group of friends, and families (with kids).

The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST...SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

The Happy Halibut-Oceanfront

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This condo is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy some beach time or a small family of 4. 3 different styles of patio furniture make it easy to relax on the oversized balcony (210 square feet). After a day at the beach enjoy a restful nights sleep on the king sized bed and the upgraded memory foam mattress on the sofa bed. The Happy Halibut is close to many local favorites, 10 minute walk to Wanna Wanna and 20 minute walk to Clayton’s.

This condo sleeps 8 comfortably and is conveniently located at the very center of the resort. This provides access to both heated and non heated pools, BBQ area, kids playground & tennis/padel courts, all within a minute walk. The beach is about a 1-2 minute walk. The distance is just enough to be away from the crowds and have a quiet, relaxing and private time on the balcony.

Island Breeze Beach House

Beautifully decorated beach house located right off of Gulf Blvd. Although we are not right on the beach, we have a beach access right across on either side of Island Breeze and only 1 minute walking distance. Island Breeze Beach House is located upstairs on the East side.

Quaint Little Beach Escape

Perfect little beach getaway near beachfront access. Approximately 2 min walk. Only cross the street to arrive at beach, with nice walkway and shower at entrance to beach. Condo is quiet and spacious for a couple or small family with young children.
