A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

La villa Andrea de Capaci s'est avérée parfaite pour notre groupe de 8. Les photos sont conforme à la description Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jaccuzzi extérieur car non chauffé mais nous avons bien profité du sauna qui fonctionne très bien La plage est tout près et il y a de nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours Je recommande

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im wunderschönen Haus von Paolo. Es hat ausreichend Platz für alle. Der Garten ist grosszügig und schön gestaltet. Der Küche fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich, unsere Wünsche und kleinen Sorgen wurden immer schnell erfüllt. Wir haben das 1. Mal über Abnb gebucht. Danke vielmals für die schöne Zeit

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

we had great time at Giovanni's. his son and him were extremely friendly and we were well hosted. the house is a bit old but functional and if you need something, they will answer immediately at your request! the house was extremely cleaned and the position in frontoof the beautiful beach is amazing!

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem von innen wunderschönen und ganz besonderen Haus, welches sehr viel Charme hat. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Sven war zuverlässig und nett. Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist zwar nicht wunderschön, jedoch liegt das Haus direkt in der Altstadt und ist somit super gelegen und angebunden. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Silvia was an excellent host. She was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat, early entry and quick to respond. Silvia gave very detailed description of everything we needed before we arrived. We could not have any asked for a better host!

Zeynep's apartment was wonderful--spacious and in a great location! Although it is in a busy area (and accessible to everything), it is on a side street that was very quiet. Zeynep was also a wonderful host! Communication was great and they helped us out with luggage storage. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was excellent! Very good location, close to everything, we had a great time! Extremely comfortable bed, good equipped kitchen.. the host was even kind enough to rise the temperature in the apartment after asking. The only thing I would add is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The walls of the apartments on the floor are really thin, you can hear the conversation from the apartments next door. We didn’t mind because we didn’t spend much time inside. But it is good to know if someone is a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut um Palermo zu Fuß zu erkunden. ( Man muss gut zu Fuß sein,auch um die steile Treppe hoch zur Wohnung zukommen!) Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, und die Terrasse ganz wunderbar! Besonders gut läuft die Kommunikation mit Viviana, sie antwortet wirklich sofort und die Liste mit den Restaurants war Klasse! wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Il nostro soggiorno da Claudio è stato impeccabile. Conoscendo ed apprezzando già la zona, cercavo un alloggio che fosse anche comodo e funzionale. L'appartamento di Claudio non ha deluso le aspettative anzi siamo tutti rimasti colpiti da quanto sia tutto perfettamente nuovo e funzionante. Terrò sicuramente in considerazione questo alloggio per i prossimi soggiorni a Palermo. Molto consigliato!

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 🌞 Ce logement est calme, propre et à une superbe terrasse donnant sur la montagne et la mer. Je recommande cet appartement pour toute personne cherchant un endroit calme où se détendre. Gaetano a été très réactif et serviable, ses nombreuses recommandations ont été très appréciées et nous ont permis de découvrir les alentours. 😁

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alda war bei kleinen Problemen sehr hilfsbereit gut erreichbar, außerdem gab sie uns beim Check In einige Empfehlungen für Restaurants o.Ä. Wir haben einige davon getestet und waren total begeistert! Alles super sauber und ordentlich, sehr ruhig und auch an Grundausstattung alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider war das Wlan nicht zu jederzeit 100% stabil, hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört.☀️ Danke!

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Antonio’s Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Antonio war immer gut per Nachricht erreichbar, sodass die gesamte Kommunikation mehr als super lief! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sodass man wirklich alles zu Fuß gut erreichen kann! Wow what a great space . Nice Terrace . The art work is specatucalt . Luigi grettign us with his little baby (dog) was everything . So sweet and we felt right at home . Tere is a parkling lot that comes wiht the space which is uper imprtant in that area ! He ended placing us in a lot because the street closed down , but it was all seamless and well done ! thank you for the beautful bottle f wine and your beautful home ! Location is extremly close to all teh amazing resruatns in Palermo Center . And close to the extensive walking market where you can spend days on end .

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, private and quiet despite it being in the middle of the ancient center which is quite active. Giuseppe was very helpful in orienting us to the property and the area. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Palermo.

Soggiornare in questa casa è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa! La ristrutturazione è stata fatta con grande cura e rispetto per l’anima antica delle mura e del centro storico che la circonda: ogni angolo racconta Palermo, la Sicilia, il Mediterraneo. Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti, ampi il giusto e davvero graziosi, rendendo la casa accogliente e piena di carattere. La cucina è comoda, luminosa grazie alla doppia finestra, e completamente attrezzata. Non manca davvero nulla, dagli utensili da cucina alla biancheria da letto e da bagno, tutto pensato per far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Anche se non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Elda di persona, la sua presenza è stata costante e gentilissima, sempre pronta a supportarci. In poche parole: una casetta che abbraccia l’essenza di Palermo e della Sicilia. Consigliatissima!
