I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

super séjour à capezzano vraiment calle et reposant . toute est commode dans ce logement vraiment grand est fonctionnel. pas mal de chose à faire pas très loin. pise 30 minute ,plage et bord de mer à 5 minutes . je recommande vraiment pour un week end ou des vacances en famille et entre amis . Pobyt w Volegno zostanie w naszej pamięci na długo. Widok z okien i tarasu sam w sobie już jest wielką atrakcją, niezależnie od pogody, podziwialiśmy go godzinami. Miejsce dla ludzi ceniących spokój i kontakt z naturą. Można się tu wyciszyć i wypocząć. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do wyjścia w góry. Dom przytulny, przestronny, ma wszystko czego potrzeba. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, czekał na nas o umówionej porze, pomógł w wniesieniu bagaży z parkingu, udzielił informacji na temat lokalnych atrakcji. Volegno to miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić.

Montefegatesi ist ein Traum von einem kleinen , beschaulichen Dorf in den Bergen der Toskana. Auch wenn die Anfahrt mit dem Auto anspruchsvoll ist, lohnt sich der Weg auf jeden Fall. Unglaublich schöne Umgebung, vor allem im Herbst. Letitias Unterkunft ist bestens geeignet, um in traumhafter Landschaft Ruhe und Ausgleich zu finden. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht und für die Verpflegung bietet sich der kleine Lebensmittelladen in unmittelbarer Nähe in Montefegatesi an. Wir können Letitias Unterkunft jedem ans Herz legen, der sich eine erholsame, stille Auszeit gönnen möchte und zugleich einen Ausgangspunkt haben möchte, um die schöne Landschaft der nördlichen Toskana zu erkunden. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit - Danke Letitia!

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Petit coin de paradis niché dans les collines, avec une vue splendide ! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement si vous recherchez le charme, la déconnection, l’authenticité! Gloria est une hôte accueillante, super réactive, on sent qu’elle fait les choses avec le cœur!

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

Wir können die Wohnung von Giovanni und Francesa wärmstens empfehlen. Alles wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Der Wohnbereich ist sogar noch größer als er auf den Fotos wirkt. Schnelle Kommunikation und äußerst freundliche Begrüßung durch Francesca, die mit der Checkin Zeit sehr flexibel war und tolle Tipps in der Umgebung für uns hatte. Die Lage ist gerade für Bahnreisende optimal, wenn man mit dem Zug die Umgebung (Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, ...) erkunden möchte.

Veldig fin og praktisk leilighet. Kjempefin veranda. To store gode soverom, og ett mindre med køyesenger. Fin beliggenhet med 10 minutters gange til strandpromenaden og stranden, noe lengre til jernbanestasjonen. Koselig og rolig nabolag.

L’appartamento è come da descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato, in una posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere il mare sia per andare in stazione. Il tocco in più è la super disponibile e affabile Stefania che ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

Vielen Dank liebe Sara , dass du uns deine Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine phantastische Lage mit direktem Strandzugang . Die Deckenhöhe ist in der Dusche und in den Schlafzimmern etwas niedrig, jedoch sind wir beide auch recht groß. Wir konnten uns damit sehr gut arrangieren und für uns war das auch kein Problem. Wir alle (inklusive Kinder 5 u 10 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung 100% weiter. Sara ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank dafür!

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist einfach großartig nach einem wundervollen Tag in Lucca in den heißen Whirlpool zu steigen. Die Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Es ist alles so gemütlich und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich super wohl. Mit Emily funktioniert die Kommunikation super gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt bzw. an der Stadtmauer, um mit dem Hund zu laufen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Francesco’s apartment was great for our 2 night stay in Lucca (we wish it was longer, the town is wonderful). The location was great with many restaurants and bars nearby and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the wall for a nice walk around the city. The apartment is very comfortable and plenty big for the two of us. It has all the necessary essentials. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was very relaxing with excellent water pressure. Two bonuses are the patio overlooking a park and the town to sit and relax and parking with the city walls. The building is quiet. Highly recommended.

This was our ideal vacation home! Spacious patio with jacuzzi, comfortable interiors with beautiful bedroom views overlooking a large garden and a location just down from the main piazza. We found the host to be kind, knowledgeable and accommodating…

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung, Ausstattung Top, außerdem direkt an der Pineta, dem Pinienpark gelegen, der voller Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten, vor allem für Kinder steckt. War für uns mit unserem kleinen Sohn spitze. Weiters nur 5 Min zum nächsten Strandbad zu Fuß, Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss und Pasticceria sowie Eisgeschäft direkt gegenüber. Herz was willst du mehr? Dazu noch die Gastgeberin Maria Luisa, die uns bei Fragen oder Problemen immer sehr schnell und äußerst freundlich geholfen hat, haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt hier und würden sofort wieder hinfahren. ☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Ausstattung - es war alles vorhanden. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, haben viele Tipps (gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, tolle Ausflugsziele, Märkte uvm) erhalten. Perfekt - vielen Dank!!

Tutto ottimo, posizione perfetta per parcheggiare e fare passeggiate in paese e nei dintorni. Le istruzioni per accedere alla casa erano molto chiare, e Mariacristina è stata sempre molto disponibile. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità!

Visiting this gorgeous seaside town in the off-season on the beautiful Italian coast was one of the best decisions we made on this trip! The penthouse of this historic hotel (just steps from the ocean) had the most spectacular views… not to mention they were from a warm and bubbling hot tub. The place had charm and personality — not to mention a sleeping situation that found us cozily slumbering for 12 hours each night. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Martin, personally greeted us to let us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The town itself has very easy to access train transportation, which took us to a beautiful afternoon in Cinque Terre. The only thing we might have added to this stay was an extra night. Thank you, Martin. Your stay may be tough to beat! Hope to see you again!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Abbiamo scelto l’appartamento di Barbara per un weekend di Carnevale. La casa è molto bella, si trova a pochi passi dal lungo mare, in posizione comoda ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. Barbara è gentilissima ed accogliente, ci ha accolti personalmente e dato qualche consiglio per goderci al meglio il weekend. Se ci sarà l’occasione torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte sola da Paola che ringraziamo - è stata gentilissima nell'accoglienza e sempre disponibile nel darci consigli sia per la cena che per la colazione fuori. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e vicinissimo al mare - lo consigliamo!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in Fabrizios Wohnung übernachtet und es war einfach fantastisch. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft gebracht. Die Wohnung ist für einen Besuch von Viareggio super, die angebotenen Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt und konnten Viareggio einfach erkunden. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen!!!! Danke!
