You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

At the mouth of Provo canyon, the property has gorgeous views and is within 30 minutes of Sundance and Heber city. Enjoy a fully stocked beautiful kitchen, and an open layout for family gatherings. The outdoor area with a covered patio, putting green, and hot tub is a perfect place to relax. Home is a duplex, the owners live in the basement. All entrances are separate.

Come stay in our Spa/apartment. End each day with a soak in the hot tub over looking the Provo lights. Then to the Cedar sauna for a good sweat, and then finish in the large closed shower. You'll never have a better nights sleep. Quiet, secluded area of Provo; 2 bedrooms separate from living/kitchen area. 2 bedrms and extra pull-out sofa in the Hallway. pack & play Oh, but no smoking. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils provided.

The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
