Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !

Erlebe in dieser besonderen und familienfreundlichen Unterkunft besondere Momente. Die herrliche Ruhe und der schöne Ausblick in die Großarler Berg und Naturlandschaft ist bestens um sich zu erholen und Kraft zu tanken. Im Winter verfügt Grossarl über ein Hochmodernes Skigebiet wunderschöne Abfahrten und Tiefschneehänge . Da sich unser Haus auf einer Anhöhe von 2,5 km Bergstraße befindet werden im Winter Schneeketten empfohlen.

Ganzjährig ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Beispiel für Wanderungen, Mountainbike, Klettertouren, Alpinski, Langlauf oder Gleitschirm fliegen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich Küche, Essen, Sanitär und ein Schlafraum. Im Dachgeschoss sind weitere Schlafräume. Einfache Ausstattung.
